Beautiful hotel, amazing garden with pool, great central location. Staff were superb, friendly, helpful - best I have experienced outside Switzerland. Biggest most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, room very quiet. Bar prices surprisingly reasonable, breakfast great. Oh, and did I mention the amazing garden and superb staff?

Amazing hotel in the old town of Palma. The staff were great and I will for sure come back. The breakfast was very good, the room (suite) really good and top notch service. Two pool area with one on the rooftop and one in the garden. Very quiet and calm. Strongly recommend for couples.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Could not recommend this hotel more. The staff went above and beyond, spa was fantastic, and most importantly the room was amazing. We loved every detail in the room from the gorgeous furnishings to the well thought out lighting. The mini bar was inside a mid century modern stereo which was playing romantic oldies when we walked in. Some reviews complain of the rooms being worn/old but we loved the vintage feel of the building and it was exactly what we wanted. The garden was gorgeous with beautiful plants and the rooftop glass bottom pool, although a little small, has a gorgeous view. It rained and was a little chilly during our stay but the staff made it ok with nice umbrellas and great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It was hard for us to leave and we can’t wait to come back for anniversaries.

The Can Bordoy is an excellent place to stay if in Palma. Its location in Old Town makes everything very walkable, the staff is extremely professional and helpful, and their onsite dining is excellent. Its a beautiful property with a lot of character and charm!

Excellant location for Palma City Centre. Staff were very attentive, ans accomadating. We only besides Breakfast, Lunch in the Garden Area. The only let dowm, was Breakfast. Slow sevoce, and food was cold. Suggest they allow people to access there own hot drinks, and they invest in a toaster!! Otherwise, brilliant hotel, highly reccomended.

The hotel itself was very nice. Beautiful garden with a pool and few sunbeds. Service was occasionally very slow and neutral. For example in the spa there were towels and bottles of the previous guests. We mentioned about it and asked for someone to collect them, but nothing happened. One day the hotel was fully booked and the service during breakfast was extremely slow because there was not enough personnel. On the other hand housekeeping was perfect. Also food in the restaurant at dinner as well as at breakfast was very good. But is this a five star hotel? Nevertheless as a whole we had a very nice stay.

Very nice boutique hotel with a great location in Palma old town. The restaurant was amazing, healthy, and tasty food. Extra plus for the heated pool and the quiet garden. If I would leave a small complaint it was the fact that our junior suite didn’t have a full-body mirror.

Well located hotel in grand old building, great breakfast in the beautiful garden of Botanica restaurant. Hotel design is stunning but some rooms overlooking the inner courtyard can be noisy with poor sound proofing.. We did complain after a noisy first night and very quickly offered an alternative room without issue. Our favourite part of the stay was relaxing around the lovely poo and garden.

Roof top was ideal spot to look over the city and can’t wait to return so we can sunbathe in style. Thank you to the staff for organising flowers for my cousin. She loved them. Incredible service by all the staff. Room was beautifully designed, and the hotel has great attention to detail with all of the amenities (ie: Marvis toothpaste with wooden toothbrushes). Arrived late at night to Jerry at the front desk who was super accommodating and a warm welcome. He made us feel right at home. Walked into room and they even had candles lit for ambiance! Highly recommend using their airport ‘shuttle’ service which was a Mercedes S-Class (was expecting a basic van like most places). Lastly — their breakfast policy is perfection: breakfast anytime, anywhere on the property /in room. I have to come back!

What an amazing hotel! The location in the old town is perfect for exploring the Cathedral and other land marks, but also great for shopping and restaurants The hotel its self is quirky and interesting,with lots of pleasant surprises and careful touches. The food is creative and thoughtful and a show case for local suppliers and producers. The staff we met where al energetic excited and helpful, genuinely seemed interested in our stay and helping us get the most from our visit. We really felt that we were somewhere different in the way that the hotel reflected the local history and culture.
