An historic hotel in an historic town. We only stayed one night, but I'd like to stay longer and explore the area. Staff was friendly and location was in the middle of town.

We stayed in a triple room (girls trip). The room was clean, comfortable and offered the convenience of being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Wallace. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Clean with friendly staff. Had a problem with the air conditioner and they came right away to fix it.

Off the start, the evening clerk has the opinion that only the Guests are in the wrong! I reserved "Accessible" rooms, but upon arrival all available was up the stairs on the second floor. Instead of working with my party to accomodate, we were met with the you can always go somewhere else attitude! True, but we were a late checkin and the elders in my party were tired. The next day, after following the direction of the Maid Service placquard asking for the room to be made up; then coming back to the room late in the day to discover that nothing had been serviced not even towels or tissue being refilled I went to the same clerk again to advise of the lack of service and if I could acquire supplies I was met with the comment "Well you must not have left the request on the door then". I informed her I most certainly did. At which the comeback was "Well, they must not have seen it". I knew better, the placquard was hanging back inside the room on the doorknob! When I advised her of such, then it was my fault-"You must have just thought you put it out". Before escalation, I just asked for the towels and tissue. For the price we had to pay per night to stay, we expected a little better service. On another issue, the bathroom was so narrow-the tissue paper holders need to be replaced with something that doesnt have the large metal cover that sticks out so far as to attack the thigh areas coming and going. Everyone was bruised. Just a suggestion.

From self check-in to breakfast in the restaurant, my whole experience here was 10/10. Clean, convenient, kind, and quiet: will stay here again!!

Old property. Some renovation in some of the rooms. Not the one we had because it was old smelling. Great staff & restaurants walking distance.

We stayed in the Madams Suite on the third floor. The room was recently very tastfully remodled. Very lovely room and comfy bed. We loved it!

Wallace is a historical town. We liked staying in town center because it was east to walk to dinner and just around the area. We stayed for two nights because we were there to bike the Hiawatha bike trail. Amazing. We ate dinner in town both nights. The room was very clean and had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and had huckleberry pancakes. August is huckleberry time so a fun time to be in town. I bought coffee at 1910 coffee kiosk across the street from the hotel. Great experience overall.

didn't end up staying because of the musty smell and the bathroom dirty tub. Wrote a review on their page and they removed it and won't allow another review written.

My friends and I stayed at the Brooks Hotel for my birthday weekend in Wallace and it was exactly what I wanted. The beds were comfy and soft, the location is perfect, the staff is wonderful, and the owner is very nice to talk to. I would definitely stay again and again!

Hotel was situated inside a historical building which was very interesting. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated and gave us the feeling of at home, was very nice and comfy. Maybe just the bathroom needs a bit more improvement. The staff was very helpful and check in and out process was smooth and easy. A great stay!

Hotel was nice with a bit of history to the small town. Bathroom was very small. If I were a bigger person I would of had a problem

We were on a trip to Montana and overnighted at the Brooks. It was a very nice historic hotel. The girl behind the counter was friendly and the check-in went smoothly. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our walk around Wallace.

Great spot to stay in the heart of historic wallace

Stayed at hotel for one night. Located in downtown Wallace, easy walking distance to attractions located in Wallace. Room was small, but adequate, clean and very little noise.

We had the smallest room ever. Could hardly get into the bathroom. If we were any bigger it would have been a real issue. Peaked in another room and it had a bit more space. Staff were nice though!

Check in was quick and informative about the area. Bike friendly with a room to secure your bikes and a hose out back to wash of the dust or mud from the trails. Hotel is in the center of town. Walked everywhere in the cooler evenings. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The front desk staff was really friendly! They still use actual keys! Hotel is using mini-splits. We couldn’t use ac because someone was using their’s on heat. When my husband went to take his shower, there was an already-open bar of soap in the shower/bath. Kind of gross! Fridge in the room was not very cold. Bed was uncomfortable and I can sleep on almost anything.

The breakfast at their hotel restaurant is amazing. Ate there both mornings. Great food.. wish they sold their huckleberry syrup though! Very cute and quaint hotel.
