Great experience. About a 30 minute walk to either the amphitheater or downtown. Fun pub right next door. Plenty of good places to eat; all walkable. Clean rooms and cold A.C. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely book again.

Let me start by saying that Caleb was great and is a one man show. Caleb works the front desk, tends the bar, cleans the rooms and responds when there is an issue in the guest room. Other than Caleb, this place is a complete disaster. The hotel might say it has food, but they would need someone to staff the restaurant and they don’t. So, no food service. The toilet in the room flushed about 70% of the time. The T.V stopped working on night two (first day of college football). Caleb tried to get it working but was unable and since they were booked, there was thinking that could be done. On day three the key card lock stopped working. Caleb had to once again come to the rescue and replace the key cards. I will not be staying here again.

The design is good but they didn’t fix the infrastructure…which means a very small pool, bad shower, and under-window AC unit. We were disappointed at this price point. We are rooting for the staff, who work multiple jobs and are great but stretched very thin. So, we would not choose to stay here again. The lesson for us is pictures only tell part of the story!

Pros - one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Shower pressure was great and hot not Luke warm. Check in was quick. Staff nice. Hotel was not busy. Parking is very close and free. Terrace and pool over looking street which was neat. Free Cabanas around pool. Inside bar near pool also. Cons - can hear everything inside your room. Beds were comfortable but harder than I liked. Pool was on smaller side. Water in shower had weird smell.

Oh my goodness! This little hotel was amazing! From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. The staff was extremely accomidating. Torri, the front desk clerk, Lisa May, the do EVERYTHING girl, Miss Lee the cook, all went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel. was

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of nearby bars (though I didn’t get to try any of them). Super easy parking. Both outdoor lot & indoor garage available. All of the staffs I encountered were nice and friendly. Room’s very clean, but I feel like it’s time for a new AC filter. I woke up with stuffy nose which is very unusual for me as a person with no allergies at all. Additionally, the room was freezing cold and the AC controller didn’t really do anything. I couldn’t turn it off or adjust the temp. The cold air woke me up several times during the night. Other than that, it was a great stay overall :)

Nice hotel, about a 1/2-3/4? mile walk from the fort. Probably a little quieter than places in the town center, which is nice. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee in room & fridge. No microwaves in room. Nice gym with hand weights, an elliptical machine, and a treadmill. Handcarts available to take baggage up to the room. I didn't try breakfast. Bonus: parking garage under the hotel (limited spaces, but nice to have a covered option for parking.) My room was a standard two queen room. June 2024.

The staff were very nice. The property was a good value and a nice location. Short walk over the bridge to the historic area. Felt safe walking at night. The only real issue is the noise. You can hear street traffic and voices all night. We did not complain to staff because they have no control over the street traffic and noise. I did use a white noise app and that was helpful. Overall nice stay.

St Augustine was a stop en route while traveling from our Florida house to our Minnesota house. We're traveling with our small dog who the hotel staff absolutely loved. The staff bat Voco were extremely welcoming. The hotel itself was very welcoming and warm. Great location. Close to historic downtown St Augustine.

We enjoyed our stay at Voco hotel.The check in process was smooth,our room was ready for us even though we got there earlier than the check in time.Our room was spotless,the bathroom was clean and the beds were super comfortable.There was tons of space to move around in our double queen size room and plenty of storage.The pool area was beautiful,there were cabanas to sit and relax as you enjoy the evening sunset.The pool was heated, which was a huge plus! We did not get to enjoy the tastefully designed bar area,we hope to do so on our next visit. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to St.Augustine!

It’s an small property in a great location. You can walk across the Lions Bridge into Historic St. Augustine or be close to beaches on the island. The rooms were nice and well appointed with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was fine, but the hardware wasn’t aging too well. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We had a noise that went on the entire night. I recorded it and played it for the person that checked us out. She requested a copy. I had her put her phone number in to send. There was no offer of any compensation for having noise the entire night.

Hotel is very nice, comfy beds and location good to downtown St Augustine. Only downfall is we arrived late 9pm after all day travel and were given a room right next to lobby and directly next to kitchen. Banging started 6:30am (on day light savings so really 5:30am) which woke us up then when breakfast started 7:00am it got loud. Would recommend hotel just request a room away from kitchen/lobby

Our stay, here was uneventful, which is good. However, there were no straws to stir your morning coffee, however, the coffee was excellent. The shower door leaves something to be desired, only half a door. Our key cards to our room were turned off a day early so we had to go down to the desk and get new ones.

Unfortunately we were checking in and some sort of conference was going on. The location of the check in desk is right beyond the bar with no other access than through the bar. It was very confusing. We were left feeling like we had to walk through someone’s party check in and then exit back through. A bit uncomfortable. The clerk at the desk seemed maybe new/a little unsure ? But was very nice. Beds comfortable. A quick walk to the historic district and plenty of places to eat around.
