Wanted extra pillow. They never brought one. Next morning when I asked,they said they were short pillows. Shower was cold. People above me moving furniture all night. No help from Manager. Horrible stay

Blackout drapes were amazing! Hotel was quiet, even though it was right on the highway. Breakfast was good, attendant was cheerful and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only issue-no hot water in the morning (evening shower had plenty).

Staff at check in (Erica), and checkout were amazing! The gentleman helping with breakfast was so sweet and never stopped doing his job! The room was clean, the hotel itself was clean, and surprisingly, for being right next to the interstate, i didn't hear it. We would stay here again.

Stool was wobbly, and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. After turning on the A/C, a heavy sulphur smell filled the room. Changed to heat and it gradually left. No drinking cups in room. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Check in and out very pleasant.

I was very impressed. The whole place was very clean. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming. Precious was an exceptional hostess. We stayed 3 days and felt very comfortable. And next to Buc-ee’s!!

This hotel is amazing in every aspect! Their staff is 100% there for the guests. Rooms are immaculate, breakfast is beyond spectacular, and the girls at the front desk are super sweet and well educated ensuring that your stay is magnificent!

Oh my goodness I could talk and talk about this Wonderful Holiday Inn Express, We made our reservations at midnight two nights ago and arrived at 5:30 am… the receptionist was all smiles and made us feel so welcome even as she was about to get off her shift. She was simply delightful and just as sweet as can be. They got us all settled in as we were going to be staying a couple days. We opened the door to room 210 and it looked like it was off the pages of a magazine. , plenty of space for clothes to hang and lots of drawers if needed along with a refrigerator, coffee maker with tea and coffee, and even a microwave… so we were all set. The Beds were like sleeping on clouds.. so thank you for that, Bathroom was spotless and the shower felt so good,, The only thing I didn’t care for was the shower curtain was not long enough and just came to the top of the Tub therefore getting the floor wet. ( that’s why there are towels.. haha) The housekeepers were very kind, the ladies at the desk were awesome and so was a gentleman that I’m guessing was a maintenance man. Oh I forgot the Serve yourself breakfast..fresh made pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage patties or links, toast, cinnamon rolls, muffins and bagels . Plus every drink you might want at breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Shower no pressure and light flow. There was a baby cockroach in our room. Food ok. Staff very nice.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Coffee was ready earlier than the breakfast hours listed, so that was a big plus. Pool water was cool even on a day listed at feels like 107 degrees. Perfect location for anyone visiting UNT campus, but beware taking Dallas Drive BACK to the hotel because you have to enter and cross 3 lanes of IH 35 traffic to exit within a 1/2 mile. Easy walk to a couple of our favorite restaurants and just a short back road drive to the ever popular Buc-ee's! This will be a go-to location when we are back in this area.

The room was nice and neat. We stayed a couple of nights there. Staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely be one of my first choices if and when we go back to Denton. :)

Everything was clean and felt new. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast had many options and was kept stocked. Michael was there every morning working hard and making sure we were enjoying breakfast and had everything we needed for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cool and clean.

The breakfast was good but ended too early. I also look forward to hotel waffles but they only had pancakes. They were good but not the same. Otherwise, it was a clean place with friendly staff. It was a good stay, but it would have been better if breakfast was served until 10am.

The front desk people made it worth the while. They help accomodate parking a large Uhaul, and saved us a 8 hour drive to KC all night. So nice and helpful. I have NEVER been in a hotel where the staff was so friendly.

The room its self was comfortable. However their check in system wasn’t working and I was told I had to reserve a room online and when I checked in I would receive my discounts. This was not the case and I was overcharged in excess of $100 due to not getting my discounts
