A new facility that pretty much does it all very well at a reasonable price. The only slight objection was the in-room heat/cool unit running on "low" fan was still pretty loud. Other than that, a big thumbs up.

My only note would be that the room was not family friendly in that the bathroom has a barn door and the shower has no door and a rain shower head. Great hotel, just not easy to bathe littles.

It felt like nobody was really managing the property. The floor in the lobby all the way to The elevator was dirty for two days with actual clumps of dirt coming into the building. There was a dirty sock outside the sliding glass door entrance for two days. I only saw a person at the front desk when I checked in. In addition those powdered breakfast eggs are undercooked and truly disgusting. Recognize that it’s a good price for a room and the actual room itself was clean, but nobody’s paying attention to the overall property on a daily basis. And that should happen whether the hotel is full or empty as it seemed to be.

Nice stay. Good location. We stayed 2 nights to visit friends in the area and go to a KU BBall game. Quiet and comfortable Thought the bar might be open after the game but it was Tuesday night and closed early. We had a leak in our room and it was fixed when we got back to the room. Bed clean and cozy. Breakfast was Okay. Might have been better if we had gotten down earlier. We would definitely stay again.

Good stay with great serivce. This pool was EXACTLY what we have been wanting. It was warm, towels stocked, plenty of seating, and it had pool balls and toys for anyone to use! They had kid friendly options at breakfast. I appreciate the almond milk option as we have dairy issues in our family.

The hotel is a nice property but we were looking forward to staying there. The front desk people were very nice. The room was a mess. The shower was dirty, lots of hair in it. The floor had dirt all over. The toilet knob was gross. The walls had sticky stuff on them. When I told the lady at the front desk she smiled and said, "Oh yeah our housekeeping is horrible. It's bad." and she kept ontalking and smiling. I was shocked! If you know your housekeeping is bad fix it.

Just a brief overnighter on a cross-country roadtrip but the hotel had everything I needed. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was as expected for a free hotel brekkie but was appreciated. Quiet area right off the highway. Would stay again if I were in the area. Of pet-friendly hotels, they have one of the lowest fees ($15/pet).

Everything was good except the toiletries. Shampoo and conditioner should be in dispensers Instead of individual bottles. The conditioner was too thick to get out of the individual bottle, so useless.

Very attractive hotel from the outside and lobby area. Romm was large with good lighting. Bathroom was large but the slding door is not real easy to use. Beds were comfortable. Shower was strong but caued a lot of water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, smoked sausage, waffles, muffins, Danish, fruit cups, bananas, potato rounds, English muffins, cereal. Would recomend this place.

I have stayed at this hotel 1 previous time and was satisfied. I was very pleased with the pet friendly room and accommodations as I traveled with small dog this time. Unfortunately the bathroom and vanity area had significant amount of hair on the floor that was there when first arriving which appeared human not necessarily pet and was not the most pleasant. Otherwise breakfast and staff were very nice!! Will stay here again.

Nice place, a bit off the highway. We checked in at midnight and we're out before 8am so not much to observe, other than place was clean, a few construction issues noticed ( bathroom slider door was trapezoid to the vertical side walls. Toilet plumbing stub oddly located relative to tile baseboard, crappy ceiling hung showerhead and shower with no real door). Breakfast decent for most too.

Great stay, though parking was a nightmare. There were multiple uhauls taking up 5+ parking spaces leaving single vehicles to park off property on the street. They should not be allowed to park u-hauls on site. Breakfast was great! Nice stay overall. Easy to get to from K-10.
