Had a great stay here. Last minute booking. Late check-in and Michelle was phenomenal.... Super friendly and efficient. The gentleman at morning check out was wonderful as well. Room was very clean and efficient. The comforter and cover seemed a bit haphazard but clean and totally fine. It was Saturday night and the Mexican restaurant/club next door had late night partiers which woke us at midnight which was unfortunate but other than that this day was great.

Our stay was just okay, we were just there for a night and it worked, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again given the amount of hotels in the area.
There were stains on the bathroom wallpaper and chipped paint. Hair in the shower and things just appeared less disinfected than I would prefer.
The mattress was like sleeping on a bad pull out bed and the actual pull out bed was broken. By the time we realized this we didn’t want to change rooms, so we had my child sleep on the other end so their head wasn’t below their feet.

The location was convenient for our Indy weekend, staff was friendly, and I parking was free and easy. Room was spacious too. I gave an average rating due to how uncomfortable the bed was. The pillows were lumpy and one of the queen beds was caved in in the center. My husband had to sleep on the couch and I rolled up blankets and wedged them behind my back to prevent myself from rolling into the middle. Woke up with a very sore back. Not sure how the hotel would know about this if someone didn’t complain, but we got to the room late from a concert and didn’t have time to call down and change rooms unfortunately. Just test the bed when you get into the room!

I was very disappointed in this booking. I booked a king bed suite but then got a call two days prior that they didn’t have that room anymore and due to all hotels around being booked I couldn’t change hotels so I was stuck with a room that was less than desirable. We had two small queen beds that felt like the box springs were busted out and overall Very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in a few home2suites and when I get the king suite room I’m never disappointed. This room was disappointing. Staff was excellent and very kind I do have to mention that. If I would have know this room was going to be my only option in the end I would have booked elsewhere.

Spacious rooms that were perfect for our family! Staff was very pleasant and responsive to our requests - specifically for additional towels both in rooms and pool areas. Lovely patios with grills and a fire pit.

Watch those apps! I booked a room that was supposed to have a separate bedroom with a door to the living room (a suite). I don’t know when or how, but it was switched to a studio (all one room). When we checked in I didn’t realize studio was different, then we got up to our room and I was going to complain, but checked the website and my app and discovered it was switched on there, so no sense in getting angry with a staff whom I’m sure had nothing to do with it.
Overall, the stay was nice, a bit pricey, but nice. The breakfast buffet is not well planned out, nor well tended to. They were out of a lot of things every morning and running around looking busy, but nothing got restocked.
The beds are VERY firm, hopeful that is your preference. Temp control is great - room was clean - staff was friendly overall. Recycling bins are present, hopefully people are utilizing them. Would stay again, but would hope to catch it on a deal.

We chose here for a trip to see the total eclipse.
Even with a PACKED house, the staff was friendly and helpful with wonderful service. The room is decently sized and looks exactly as the pictures show it to be.
The included breakfast is much better than what we often find at other hotel chains and was very enjoyable.
Our room was clean and nicely appointed. My only complaint was that the mattress was a bit too firm for my aging joints. I realize, though, that there is no way to create the perfect bed for everyone.

Beds werent comfortable, fought with the blankets all night. The floor werent insulated enough. Sounded like a baby elephant had a birthday party above us. Very clean, good staff, nice breakfast

Breakfast was nice for a free continental. Had several hot choices. Pool was very cold ; only used for a few minutes because way too cold. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Sliding barn door for bathroom; not great for privacy. Room was quite spacious.

We lost power multiple times throughout the night. Sounded like sparks popping then would turn on and off. Finally the power went out and stayed out for quite a while.
The place was clean, the staff kind, and the pool was fun for the kids.

The hotel was adequate but I wouldn’t choose to stay again. Nothing about it brings me back. The bed was not comfortable. There were 3 pillows for two people that weren’t very comfortable. The bed coverings weren’t large enough for two people to stay covered during the night. And there were no extra blankets, pillows, etc in the room for our use. We had 2 towels for the 2 of us for 2 days. Just very stingy with their linens.

We only stayed one night . The room was amazing! Very spacious. Handicapped friendly. Clean, comfortable beds. Price was reasonable. We would strongly consider staying jere again, just because we have our 2 teens with us, & the space was wonderful .

I stayed 3 nights, Friday-Monday for work. On Saturday night the restaurant next door had an after hours party in the parking lot until 4 in the morning. I called the desk and asked for earplugs and they did not have them. It made for a very long day at work that morning. I would think a large hotel chain would have some influence on the surrounding businesses to prevent this activity. Since I am contracted for weekends, I am staying somewhere else.

Outside of giving us the wrong room on the first night, it was a good stay. Staff was friendly and the hotel was really clean. Its convenient to a lot of stores and eatery. Ill stay here again. The rooms were clean, updated and it smelled really nice throughout the hotel.

The hotel was clean. When I booked the hotel "Excellent", while it was nice, the heater on the pool was broken, so the kids couldn't stay in the pool very long. Just checked an it's now rated "Very Good" and that's probably a more accurate rating.

Staff was excellent, room clean but the floors were very noisy whenever someone walked on them. The person above us was tromping around until late at night so we had difficulty sleeping. We could hear others walking around on the floors in their rooms.
