beutifull hotel with a great breakfast bacon and egg. staff very friendly and courteous spa and sauna very good aswell as pool and beach. only issue but nothing major was the fridge in the room wasnt very good and the outside pool bar wasnt very good. the deck beach bar along the beach is alot better. supermarket and restraunt accross road nd plenty of taxis to take you around the island

Great property, clean rooms and nice facilities. There can be language challenges with staff and speaking English. There are very few dining options in and around the hotel and what there are they are very expensive relative to outside the hotel. $50-75 in the hotel and $10-$15 at most outside the hotel. Rent a moped for $7 a day to get around.

Very nice hotell on Kem Beach. Fantastic rooms and a breakfast with everything and more. The pool area is amazing. Nice gym. Restaurant with a big food selection, with ok quality. All the food can be ordered as room service. The restaurant is slooooow so be prepared for a long wait.

This hotel meet Western standards. Very very clean. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of options. Food taste very fresh from coffee to bake goods. We loved our stay. Definitely will come back again.

Our family really enjoy our vacation here. We booked the 3bedrooms with private pool. Beautiful place, very spacious and the foods at the restaurant was very good. Excellent staffs with customer service. We would definitely stay there again!

So happy to have stayed here. Excellent value for money, lovely staff especially Anh - Breakfast restaurant, who made every morning special. Beyond excellent service! Beach is clean and fab! Pools are outstanding, rooms comfortable, light and clean! The only issue was I didn’t want to leave the resort as it was fab, but as I am vegetarian the menu in the Restuarant became. Just a few more choices would be great, although the manager did tell me they would of made me things, but I wasn’t aware. Gym - fantastic, didn’t try the spa but looked lovely. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, really really happy with the hotel!

We booked the Family Room Suite and loved that it felt just like home (but better). December is a windy time for this area so we weren't able to enjoy the beach or pools but we would come back for the price and value.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Not a lot of food options near this location. Do no rent a motorbike from them, overpriced and terrible bikes. Requested a high room, ended up on the 3rd floor. Beach was nice and quiet and included a few games in the lobby pool, foosball and table tennis. This was a nice touch but ac in this area wasnt working so couldnt enjoy that too much.

I contacted the hotel in advance to make a reservation. The hotel knew that I was going to stay tomorrow, but I accidentally clicked the wrong date. I chose to cancel at the first time, and contacted the hotel to coordinate the change of the check-in date. The attitude of the hotel was quite bad. After re-ordering and checking in in the past, the hotel room smelled very bad. We asked to change the room. The hotel put us at the door for half an hour and wasted our time, and the processing efficiency was very slow. After changing rooms, breakfast didn't sync. The only good thing is that the location is good, by the sea. This hotel service is really not good!

Was not well managed. There were problems with our room upon check-in and it took over an hour for them to switch rooms. That was odd since there were hardly any people in the hotel. Food was overpriced and of poor quality. My girlfriend found a worm in her food. The beach is beautiful, but I can't see how the hotel can poorly manage the beach. If this hotel was managed better, I would recommend it. As of right now, I would avoid this place.

Comfy cosy resort on Phu Quoc nearest to the most scenic cable car sea view experience found on this relatively unknown island. Hotel may be a far distance from the airport at this corner of the island. Hotel resort is self-contained with many resort activites - beach, pool and a games room. Morning breakfast buffet is amongst the best - comparable here with its prestigious neighbour. A good choice for rest & relax, chilling by the balcony, by the pool, at the games room etc.

Resort, pool and beach are very nice and beautiful, very clean and well designed. Gym is great too. Service in the restaurants (especially the clubhouse) is a disaster. I think they work very hard to improve but really not good. Staff also speaks hardly any English. Good and drinks are completely over priced, the AI option helps a bit but it’s not really AI and you’re treated even worse then. There is nothing close to the hotel within walking distance (work in progress). There is very little entertainment in the evening. The animation team ignores you unless you’re Italian. Spa is beautiful but the treatment is maximum average.

The pool is amazing, the beach is great with comfortable sunbeds,hammock,canoe and paddles...the kids club is very big and convenient. The breakfast is very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. Thank you for our son Birthday cake. It's a very nice family resort that we highly recommend for a nice beach vacation.
