Lack of sleep all three nights due to noise. Could hear phone ringing from other room, noise from the street as if the window was open. Will not return!

The Home2 Suites by Hilton on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX was perfect in every way. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the location is perfect for visiting the Riverwalk area, and the room had everything we needed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Riverwalk, a fully stocked kitchenette, and breakfast was provided. There is a small laundry room near the gym and pool. The Riverwalk is accessible from the hotel. Valet parking is expensive but there is a large, clean, inexpensive parking garage 1 block West ($10/night 2024).

Good location and price related to others around the Riverwalk. You can can to the riverwalk by walking, very short distance. And you have a parking 10 dollars the night a few steps from the hotel.

Free breakfast looked great, BUT mixed fruit contained two small bites of FISH!!! Ruined my appetite for the entire day, and lowered my ranking considerably. Otherwise, good location IF you ignored the homeless person camped out at the base of the stairs. Very nice decor; comfortable beds. Pricey.

I did not realize until hotel booked that we parking was not available and would be charged valet services then you have to text a number at least 15 minutes prior to get your vehicle. Everyone was waiting at lobby during checkout. The beds were so uncomfortable to sleep on. Very hard

Great stay on the Riverwalk. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices. We stayed in a suite with kitchen, fridge, dishes/silverware-everything you’d need to eat there. Bathroom was nice and big with room for toiletries at the sink. Bed was comfy and it was nice to have a couch and sitting area. Pool was awesome for an afternoon cool down swim!

Checked in at the hotel. Keys didn't work. The front desk was nice enough to see if they could find another room while they waited for maintenance. Key was fixed not too long after maintenance finally arrived. Was not happy that the door for the restroom was a sliding door and had gaps that you could see through.

Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great recommendations about restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was spacious, well appointed, and clean with a nice view of the Riverwalk. Breakfast was decent, but limited. I wish they had more options. The hotel is in the heart of the city and very walkable, convenient to local attractions including the Alamo and the Riverwalk. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location.

We have stayed here before and it was perfect so we decided to return, but it was a completely different experience from the 1st time. No complimentary waters, No Toilet paper (we had to walk down to get it ourselves) We stayed 2 nights, over labor day weekend, and booked with over a month in advanced. Housekeeping was requested and we left and came back to the same room in the same state , nothing was done. The pool was extremely loud, and we were told the noise the neighbors were making was "normal" we really loved this location the first time, but this second time made us double considered our choice for next time

The hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was very nice with pleasant personalities. However, I was disappointed that I was promised a full kitchen but my room ended up with a kitchenette. It seems that none of the rooms had a full kitchen, which ended up being misleading when I was booking.

The minute we walked in, we were greeted. We felt very welcomed. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Check-in was easy and quick. The hotel was clean and quiet. It’s at a great location with easy access to the riverwalk and close to everything! My room was cleaned daily, always had fresh, clean towels and beds were always made. The room had two full beds, a sofa bed and a kitchen. I booked a Cabana room, but was extremely disappointed when I realized I had no direct access to the pool from my cabana. We did have the pool view but still had to walk through the hotel to get to the pool. The pool is a bit small and can only fit about four families comfortably, but it’s usually never crowded so it worked out. The bathroom in our cabana room was a decent size, but I did not like that we had shower curtains. Would’ve preferred a glass door. The actual bathroom door was a sliding door that had a big gap when you “closed” the door, so you are still able to see into the bathroom. Overall, I had a great experience and would book again.

I have.stayed on the Riverwalk before with no issues or complaints. Until Home 2 suites. The lobby restroom you have to ask for a key to enter & wasn’t told it was for all sexes. As I went in with my 2 granddaughters ages 7 & 9, i had told my granddaughters not to come out of the stall until i told them too. The housekeeper who i initially thought was hiding in there from management to use her cell. When i exited my stall, the housekeeper told me, i came in here because this restroom is for men as well and you never know. I told her thank you. But with all the unused space why would Hilton, jeopardize their customers or buisness. This is beyond being inclusive. And totally unsafe for anyone using this restroom. The pool is too small and much of the furniture is broken or unsafe for use. Rooms to the front of the hotel and 5 floors up are very loud with street noise. I personally will not be returning.EVER

Hard location to find. Only parking option is valet at $45 a night. Good location for river walk which is behind hotel. We had a pool view but kids were never able to use pool because it was too crowded. Breakfast options were pretty minimal with noone restocking. Hotel room was nice. It took time to check in. Staff said our room wasnt ready and it was after four. When getting your vehicle from valet allow more time 30 mins .

What I did not like was when I got there to check in they gave the room I reserved and payed for already online weeks ago to someone else and they gave me a smaller room with one queen size bed and a pull out sofa . It’s me my husband and my two kids. Which is fine but I want what I paid for. Which was a suit with two queen size beds. They assign me the room the next day. Other than that the stay was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. I loved making the little waffles. My kids loved it. And the river walk was beautiful. Especially at night. Lights everywhere. And the property was very clean. The properties outside area I did not like much due to the fact there were a lot of homeless people wondering around or sleeping on the floor outside.
