Check in lady was very nice but the hotel was not properly advertised. Restaurant was closed, outside was obviously an even cheaper hotel before and was very sketchy. Came back to our room with a guy standing at front desk threatening to call the cops on the hotel and some other visitors. Was actually scared to go to sleep as there were very few people staying at the hotel

Everything about the room reception and check out was great. The only bummer was that the individual hired to prepare the breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 decided not to show up for work that day so I was unable to get breakfast.

Breakfast was terrible! Had a sign there was a limit of two sausages per person but it didn’t matter as there wasn’t any. About half a cup of watery scrambled eggs were available. Two blueberry yogurts left, only oatmeal was plain. No fruit, muffins or any bread products. Didn’t matter as there was no peanut butter or jelly available. Was a breakfast an hour before it closed. Checked in at 3:00 pm on a Saturday. Left hotel to attend a wedding around 5:00. Came back to the hotel around 11:30 pm and went to breakfast at 8:00 am on Sunday and saw the same front desk employee. Very nice lady, felt sorry for her.

I thought this was a great hotel. All staff very friendly!!! this was a great stay and priced extremely well. Loved the reading lights on each bed very nice touch.

The bathroom had black long hair everywhere. I took pictures and asked to have the bathroom cleaned. After that? There wasnt as much hair. I cleaned it myself. Overall conditions express an attitude of not caring what the customer thinks.

I would have given it 5 star but we are elderly and there is no elevator or person to help bring luggage up. Also tub/shower is not safe for seniors. Breakfast was awesome and room was clean. Rating 4.

The room is updated and the fridge was a VERY welcome addition to the room. I appreciated that. I had no issues with noise or any outside issues. That is key! The area was clean. I had no issues parking. The staff did a wonderful job with the breakfast every morning! And the desk staff did everything to help me with my questions.

Rename it “Qualify Inn?” Huge fluorescent light over bathroom sink flashed continuously like a strobe light. Front desk response? “Oh, I forgot to tell you about that. It can’t be fixed. Just use the other bathroom.” Next morning: no water. Couldn’t flush toilet or wash hands! Front desk response: “The city turned off the water.” Me:Didn’t the city warn you?” Desk clerk: “I found out when I came on at 7.” Okay, she can’t control the city, but it’s now 9 am. Why didn’t she at least call the guests to warn them? Also, that meant no breakfast and no coffee. And no apologies or recompense on our bill. Do not stay here. I will post my review on Yelp.

Property offered a substantial breakfast with warm and cold items. The room was not in good condition.The bath room was not very clean and had a half disconnect toilet seat. After reporting this problem it was not repaired. The clock radio did not work and the motel did not offer wake up calls. The bed area had a slight urine smell partially masked with some type of deodorant. I would not book this motel again.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! Had to go purchase shower cleaner before being able to shower! Brown nasty dirt came off the shower tiles and the amount of hair in the bathroom was disgusting. Walking around barefoot on the floors, made our feet turn black! There was food from previous people on the floor and the over use of a perfume spray gave us headaches. The beds are old and hard. There was 4 of us and there was only three bath towels, so we asked the front desk clerk for more so that all four of us could have one, she was very snappy about not believing us and we had to wait forever for them. If there were other hotels that had any vacancies we would have left, but unfortunately it was a busy weekend and there wasn’t any other ones available.

I didn’t have hot water all weekend. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. Normally I wouldn’t complain, I just won’t stay there again. But when I brought up the hot water, she all but called me a liar. She was so rude. We were in town for a wedding and needed hot water to shower and get ready. And after hearing all the unacceptable things my family had to deal with, I decided to say something and she didn’t care at all. It took 5 minutes for the toilet to fill with water again to flush it. For the price I paid for this room for 2 nights, I should have been able to take a hot shower at least! We didn’t eat the breakfast. My family told us it was horrible, so we went out for breakfast.

Hotel was a dump…NO HOT WATER, toilet was clogged when we got there, spider in bathtub which means it hadn’t just been cleaned, Broken glass in parking lot driveway. Very old and dumpy… would not recommend staying here!! Pay the extra $ to stay in Baxter!

Every stay I have at this hotel has been great. I have limited breathing, and am always able to get a room that connects to the parking lot so I don’t have to carry my luggage very far

There wasn't much to like. The hotel was very old and out dated. The sitting chair in our room had some nasty stain on it. The hotel was very hot, no air conditioning in the hall way. There wasn't an elevator, which would have been nice to know for my husband. The breakfast was very bland, nothing had any flavor. When we checked in the woman was super rude! I asked about adjoining rooms and was told, "I am not there yet, stay calm!" In a very rude voice. I asked if the rooms were going to be close together and got the same answer. My girls even said she was super rude! We had to ask for more towels and it took 30 minutes to get them. This made us late to our dinner plans. The only staff that was nice was the lady in the breakfast room on Saturday morning. This hotel shouldn't be allowed to have any guests. It is bad, I will never suggest this hotel, nor will I stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding that was in Cushing; about 40 minutes away. This was suggested by the wedding party; as they had a bus going from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. This hotel is large; and fits a number of guests. It was also very inexpensive. Our room was relatively clean; however the duvet was stained and I just took it off of the bed. The bed itself was comfortable and although the room is dated; it was clean. The staff was pretty good; however, we did hear some grumbling about being short staffed and long days/hours worked. There was a failed highjacking when we first arrived at the hotel; so a police officer was there and that was scary for the woman involved and that is why the "area around the property" is being given a 3 star. There was breakfast provided and that was your typical hotel provided breakfast and certainly adequate. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to just crash for the night...this could work just fine for you!

Sheets had stains, pretty sure there was blood on the sheets. Room had an old/mildew smell. Staff was nice but just a little dirty everywhere definitely get what you pay for
