No staff during the day. None at night. Called “security” they never came.(we had a druggie at our door trying to break in) only one housekeeper. Office locked and empty during the day. Hot tub never got cleaned. Very old and outdated! Need a restroom while at the pool. Was told they don’t have one. You have to go to the north tower! Office staff was very rude. Asked for late checkout…was told they had given all the late check outs away already. And the best part..you have to clean the room yourself or get a $200 fine. You can’t make this stuff up.

**Horrible Vacation Stay: Avoid at All Costs** Deeply disappointing experience at this property, which I must share to warn potential visitors. The stay was nothing short of a nightmare, filled with numerous issues that left us feeling disgusted and uncomfortable. Upon entering our room, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness was not a priority here. The room was unsanitary and unclean, with rust spots from water damage visible in all rooms, including the bathroom and kitchen sink areas. The floor had clearly not been vacuumed, and the countertops were grimy and unwiped. One of the most alarming issues was the shower. The water temperature was scalding hot, exceeding 200 degrees Fahrenheit, with no cold water available. The heat was so intense that it had broken the shower knob, making it impossible to take a safe shower. Additionally, the bathroom sink overflowed, and we had to wait for the dirty water, filled with dirt and debris, to stop backing up from the pipes. The overall maintenance of the room was subpar. The roof showed signs of shoddy patchwork from water leaks, which were neither smoothed out nor professionally redone. The couch and love seat, which were originally blue, appeared black in several areas due to accumulated dirt and wear. We didn't dare sit on the furniture. The condition of the carpet was equally appalling; it was in dire need of shampooing and steaming. The room had a pervasive smell reminiscent of mold, likely emanating from the carpet

We had no air it was hot in the room we had the smallest balcony you can’t even sit outside we had no vending machine it was not enjoyable at all

When we entered the room it was a terrible smell. The bathroom door handle looked like it was kicked in. Didn’t have a true comforter just thin sheets. Definitely need a lot upgrades

Would like AT LEAST half of our money back. Pictures are not ANYTHING like the MOtel actually is! Save ur money! Go ANYWHERE else. Pools suck, rooms stink, ceiling is falling in in the bathroom, stains on the couch, THERE IS NO BALCONY… It is a ledge!, stove is rusted, lamp shades and ceiling fan are filthy! We asked for a different room but “we are booked up” DO NOT STAY IN ROOM South 3-0-1! Ewww!

Enjoyed the jetted tub. Great location.
