The hotel can clear the rooms without the guest requesting it just like restocking the fridge with water. Also, rooms in the annex can open without the key and that´s not safe when guests have valuable things that cannot be carried around outside the hotel.

Horrible horrible crappy location and hotel. I'm appalled you even recommended it. It's all about money for you guys. Not going to use Hotels.com anymore, totally totally unreliable and zero due diligence about properties you recommend.

Staff was not friendly at all. We had to beg to get someone to clean the room and even then sometimes they would not send anyone to clean the room. Will never go back there.

They didn't honor my reservation and told me they were sold out when I arrived and directed me to another hotel. When I got there they told they advised the Caribbean inn staff that they didn't have any vacancy. They wasted my time twice in 1 night and I was traveling with family.

We had a 50th birthday party to attend. The venue was about 10 minutes away. The market across the street was amazing to visit. The staff were friendly and kind. We didn’t have the breakfast but I’m sure it was delicious.

The Property is very outdated... Elavator does not work all the time ONLY ONE on property, Room 205 we stayed in had a roach in the bathroom the AC went out on the first day of use, the towel rack fell. We demanded we get moved to another room after much debate about avalibily of a room, finally got room 105 which was much better. The property is in need of a serious refresh.

Room was basic Cupboard door was not properly installed and the iron board was broken. The door lock was poor quality and not as secure as should be. The lift did not work properly

I reserved a king size bedroom suite, upon arrival I was told I have to go to another building which was across the street, it was under construction, no security, no safety locks, smells like sewage. It was the worst experience, I checked out the next day because I came in late so had no choice but to stay that 1 night. I’ll never stay at the hotel, because it’s definitely not what they advertised.

I make reservations for the 10 an on the 9 the send an emeail saying that the cannot accommodate me at the hotel I call for 3 hours an the receptionist tells me sorry ma'am I can't do anything abt that

Rooms partition/wall are made of plyboard. You can here the banging doors including vibration on the wall. They don’t have regular housekeeper that clean the rooms and checking the consumables.
