Really comfortable stay for a family of 4 ( 1 baby and 1 toddler). They have even have slippers and toiletries ready for the kids! Location was extremely convenient. Walkable distance to major shopping areas and kids entertainment areas. Would definitely stay here again when in SZ.

welcoming place, with modern rooms and beautifully designed ambients (Lounge, Restaurants, Lobby) it is very likely to please.also the most.damding guests. The staff is really amazing, the food and the drinks are really good. So glad I choose this place. If I come back, this is the one I will always come back to. Also the location is very convenient, with one of the largest shopping malls nearby.

Love the service, experience, and cleanliness of the hotel. Absolutely outstanding. The staff was very polite and pleasant. The room was very tidy and spacious. The overall setting of the room is perfect, have the toilet being separated from the shower room is a plus. Have stayed in other hotels in Shenzhen. However, this is one of the best I've stayed and would absolutely go back again. :)

Ruined my day with poor service and communication. Things to share. 1. I sent my T shirt to be cleaned, obviously the staff who took my shirt never listened to my request upon handling. The next day their concierge called me asking again on how to clean. I confirmed with them many times to put the cleaned shirt in my room even with the red light on, however, they don’t listen to me. On the third day I found out there is something wrong with my shirt possible due to their over wash and I called the concierge, it took them forever to call me back…. 2. I don’t think they are qualified to be a 5 start rated hotel, all other competitive hotels even including 4 start hotels would prepare the slippers placed beside the bed, they are the exception. 3. I requested a different weight scale on the phone, the lady who answered the phone seems very impatient.

Overall very high quality as you can expect from a Park Hyatt hotel, but it is the breakfast which surprised us. Location is right next to Coco Park. I think this should be the best hotel in Shenzhen. Highly recommend!

Everything is perfect. Everything is new, the room facility is modern and new. the service is very friendly and kindly to everyone. the bar on the 48th floor has a very nice night view. only one thing is that the breakfast is not enough to choose but its home made and fresh.

Location is very good, just 2 minutes away from an underground entrance, which leads to a major station as well as underground shopping streets which again lead to different malls of shops and restaurants. The hotel is very new, but staff are already well trained. Rooms are not exactly big but spacious enough and very well equipped and decorated to be very comfortable. There is only one small complaint: the swimming pool environment is excellent, and the changing rooms are equipped with very nice and sizable warm jacuzzi pools. However the indoor swimming pool water temperature is far too low. I did 6 laps and I was still freezing ! Overall, it is very nice and I will certainly re-visit. Please adjust the swimming pool water temperature!

1st of all hotels.com indicates breakfast for 2, registration fest told us there was no breakfast included...then when I showed them my reservation she said “no only for 1”. Spent and house on hotel.com chat trying to figure it out useless.Next we headed to the elevator which randomly open on wrong follow and would no go up to our floor. Headed back down to lobby as was escorted up by manager. If that wasn’t bad enough...I ordered room service salt and pepper grinders were empty... $28 for scrambled eggs...Finally, I go to take a bath and it clearly had not been cleaned from prior guest... expensive earrings along with hair left behind.They told my colleague that I was not going to happy regardless and knew I would write a bad review... my colleagues room had a welcome note address to someone else! If in Shenzhen stay at the Regis!!! This is were I will go back on future visits ... BTW this in my 5th 3 week trip to C
