My wife went into labour 2 days into a 4 night stay and I was unable to get a refund when asking to checkout early. This policy wasn't evident at the time of booking. When I politely asked the front desk for a refund/credit or any alternative they pointed to a handwritten sign on the wall that said "no refunds." The adult in charge spke another language and was using a child as a translator, so communication was very difficult. I prioritized my family over this refund or any kind of resolution but will not be back and would strongly advise against staying here.

We stayed in a double queen room. The mattress on one bed was dirty, badly stained and totally worn out. Very lumpy. Impossible to be comfortable on. The night stand had not been pulled out and very dirty behind it and the headboard. The owner knocked on the door at 8:45 asking when we were checking out. We had till 11. Had I been sleeping I would not have been impressed. My husband was still sleeping. Won’t be staying there again and won’t recommend.

Checked in and saw how filthy, and run down the room and facilities were. Went back to the lobby to return the key, because no way were we staying there. There was a big sign that said no refunds. Worst motel I have ever seen.

I was asked to prepay for my room that I had booked for 4 people. When I called to prepay I was told I’d be charged $25 per extra person per night. Then I was called after i had prepaid for the room and asked when I was coming to check in for my room I had booked. They were trying to get 2-3 night reservations out of me plus the extra person charge for extra cleaning when the room wasn’t super clean in the first place. Dusty under the bed and baseboards, garbage under the bed as well as dirt and weird stains on the bedding. I would never recommend this place and would drive elsewhere to stay if this was my only choice. They should really do the extra cleaning they’re trying to charge for.

Rooms were very dirty and smelt of smoke, there was burn marks in the sheets in multiple places, dirty ashtrays inside the room, not enough towels and dirty appliances.

Honestly even though there is no working tv and even though you can hear people as if they are in your room sniffiling and fighting lol It isnt all that bad. Really needs to deeped cleaned for sure! And an update of bedding would be best

The rooms were nice enough. There was a Roku TV to watch streaming services on which was nice. Free wifi. But the air conditioner in our room wasnt working. We arrived late and left early for a single night stay. During the extreme heat warnings the AC didn't even cool the room down to a comfortable sleep over night. In the winter or a verified working AC I would stay again

Staff was very friendly, the upgrades were cute; but the smell was something I could not do; did not end up staying - drove to Wetaskiwin last minute. The entire place needs to be gutted and replaced. Very very old mattresses and pillow, would not sleep on either.

Fridge didn’t work room smells cob webs everywhere. Dirty. I was going to go ask for my money back but to tired went to bed. I stayed here a couple of years ago it wasn’t bad. I don’t know new owners or what not good.

We chose this motel for its location and convenience of a quick trip thru Camrose. However, the rooms are filthy. The walls are covered in all sorts of gross spots. The bathroom has blood on the wall and by looking at it you can tell it hasn’t been washed in a VERY long time. There’s dirty handprints above the toilet. All the high touch areas are not being cleaned (fridge handle, cupboard handle, light switches). The sheets are covered in someone else’s hair. On top of that the people staying above us were loud and woke up at 4 am to watch their tv and stomp around. I would never recommend this place. I would make sure to tell someone not to go here!
