The hotel staff were great upon check-in/check-out. Room was spacious and clean but sat right over the top of the bar, so was a bit noisy until about 11:30 (on a Tuesday night). Also, apparently parents are allowed to leave their children unattended and running about the hallways at 10:30 p.m. at night. The evening dinner wait staff were excellent and so was the food! The wait staff for breakfast were lacking. We had to ask for bowls for the buffet, more coffee and they just seemed vacant and distracted.

Window in the room it’s was very bad . Looks like we was sleeping on the street. Night porter wasn’t talk English.when I rang him , his wasn’t listen myself and finally hang up.Thank you to Barmen I think his name Karl, try help us much it’s possible. In the morning we get nice breakfast. Thanks to nice lady at reception. Biggest disappointment it’s quality of windows.

We booked two nights at Gleeson's Townhouse without doing much research as it was the most convenient hotel for the hospital our daughter was having surgery at. I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the hotel was very clean and well decorated. The check-in service was very professional and the rooms were well appointed. All staff interactions were great; both professional and friendly. Having onsite parking was a real bonus, although the parking is fairly limited so I'm not sure what it would be like over a weekend with potentially more punters coming for the bar and restaurant. There was marginal noise from the pub area - nothing raucous, just your usual hubbub and muffled chatter and all noise ceased before 11pm. If I was staying in the area again, I would definitely rebook

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this hotel. Staff were great, room was very comfortable and modern….it was a nice location in between the city and the pier, close to the beach and the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. Would Highly recommend!

Wanted accommodation close to the Dublin Ferry and this gem was perfect. Excellent facilities in the Bar Restaurant and the rooms were fresh and well appointed. Staff very friendly and attentive. Menu and food were great and the breakfast with local produce and home made bread was a delight. Liked it so much that we've booked again for our return journey. Excellent.

Absolutely loved this small boutique hotel, a truly pleasant find for our two nights in Dublin. Great rooms, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station with about 12-15 minute train ride to the city center. This hotel really worked out well for us, i would highly recommend.

We decided that day before we headed off on honeymoon to America to stay in Dublin that night. The room was fab, nice shower, staff are super friendly and to top it off when they knew we only got married a bottle of prosecco was brought up to room and poured for us - they really went above and beyond what was expected. The only shame was that we did not arrive sooner!

Had a fantastic experience - I was not disappointed. I especially liked the immaculate and well appointed rooms. Service was great - truly we felt treated like kings! Also it was wonderful having the restaurant and bar downstairs - food was exceptional! Please try the crab started - amazing...

Very friendly staff, room was spotless, great shower, Nespresso machine in the bedroom was a great treat. We arrived after the chefs had finished but the receptionist organized delicious sandwiches for us. Free on site parking and a great location topped off with a great breakfast. Could not find any fault with Gleesons Townhouse.
