Hotel had a great reception area. Location wise it's not far past the sky tower or Skanderbeg square so a great base to explore. The reception staff were really helpful. There was a good selection at breakfast time. The room was a good size and the bed really comfortable. The green light was a bit much at times but you can change it! Bathroom was a bit small and the door a bit awkward but the shower was fab. There are improvements going on in the street but this didn't disturb us - when they're finished this will really add to the location. Good value for money. I would recommend.

I had a lovely 6 night stay at Metro Hotel while visiting Tirana. The room was large and comfortable and the 24/7 reception desk was handy for my late arrival and early departure. The included buffet breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to all the sights. The bus to the intercity bus station is just around the corner.

Very nice room and quiet in the evening. Helpful staff - arranged transport to and from the hotel for a very reasonable price. Good breakfast included in the price. Very walkable to the city centre and good restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.

Very good hotel for the money. Big rooms; lovely bathrooms; comfortable: friendly and helpful staff; and a good breakfast selection. The downside was being on the tenth floor, which is the top floor and above several residential floors, which means you’re slightly detached from the rest of the hotel. However, this is compensated for by the hotel’s very central location - everything is walkable - and it’s general condition, which is excellent.

Room was lovely and breakfast was great, location is perfect for walking around the city, however the room was very hot and the air con didn't make a difference. There was also noise from the building site next door until late, however that's not the hotel's fault

They were really kind with us, taking care of our parking (we had 2 cars), also take care of our luggage the morning we left. By accident we forgot a suit there and the hotel kinly save it for us 1 week!. There are many details like free slippers, toothbrush, in the room. The breakfast is included ♡

I was working in Tirana for a week and selected the Metro based primarily on location--a 20-25 min walk to UNICEF and UT Faculty of Social Sciences. The hotel and room were clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Asked Edmond to recommend an Albanian restaurant nearby and had a great meal at Era--went back twice more during week. Would definitely stay at Metro again.

Fakat: fiyat/performans açısından başarılı diyemem, oda temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi (yerlerde saçlar vardı muhtemelen aynı paspasla tüm otel siliniyor), kaldığımız 2 günden birinde otelin lobi kısmı kafe olarak da kullanıldığı için kahvaltıda ilgi çok zayıftı. Odalarda kettle vs yok, çay ikram ederler diye düşündük parasını ödedik :)Özetle: Çaba gösterilse çok iyi olabilecekken ancak vasat bir hizmet aldık. Aynı fiyatlara daha iyisini bulabilirsiniz.

I really appreciated the “bag” breakfast as I left the hotel at 0430 for the airport. The night reception staff said it had been “made with love””. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay at the Metro Hotel again.

Good place to stay at if you want to be in the center. The hotel have parking place and elevator. There is a lot of bars and restaurants and also close to the lake. Walking around the lake is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and polite. One downside is that you can hear some noise from the corridors.
