Not worth the money. Paper thin walls, very poor and uncomfortable bed, tiny rooms where you barely can have yourself and luggage. Don’t choose this hotel if you have a long haul in front of you, as you won’t have any sleep.

Toilet was not working properly. Front desk was not rude but not friendly. Towel was clean but worn out had holes. Complimentary Coffee was watery. Overall they clean hotel but not maintenance and charge a lot to customer but not spend money to improvement.

Too small for two and not friendly. I guess they are thinking nobody will come back anyway. It was late arrival. I want to relex as fast i can so i picked this hotel but next time i will not do that.

This is my 3rd time staying at yotelair. Again, excellent service and location and for my type of transit stay, very adequate accommodations. Great staff and lounge. And yet again i will continue to keep asking yotel to install a sliding door shower glass curtain to keep water from getting the toilet area all wet and makes for a more efficient and comfortable shower experience. Each time i stay here i have to keep showering into the wall or corner to minimize getting splashes into the toilet area. Please please please yotel install some shower curtains or glass partitions!!! Also this time the privacy curtains were dirty and stained, and the bed sheets were dirty...had some dark marks on the them. Not sure what they are. I was too tired to ask them to be changed.

We landed at 10pm at Changi airport Terminal 1 and it was super convenient that we didn’t need to leave the airport, we could go straight to bed 😊 The hotel is located within the airport, you cross border controll, pick up the luggage and it’s on the 4th floor if I remember well, facing to the Jewel. Small dining area, rooms are clean and comfortable, beds amazing. Check out is a bit early but it’s all right. Bit pricey but worth every penny for the comfort. Would stay again.

Didn't have the greatest time..Paid close to $350 per room that you can only check in at 6 pm and check out at 9 am. Room is awfully small. If you're traveling with more than 1 large luggage, stay away. For a little bit more money you're better off at the Crowne Plaza which will give you normal check in time and very spacious room.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Yotelair. As always, great location and convenience and staff. But i always make the same observation and suggestion and i never hear back. Room is qyute adequate for a short stay but the shower stall NEEDS a shower curtain or sliding glass door. There is definitely enough space to install one and it will keep all the shower water from leaking out into the toilet area. I don't know why they won't install one. Not only will it keep the rest of the bathroom dry, it will allow guests to comfortably take showers normally without having to cramp up into an awkward corner.

Don’t bother booking this from hotels. Waste of money and time. Had to rebook at the hotel again as was there for transit and couldn’t cancel at hotels. Double paid for 6 hours of sleep

This establishment is located on the 4th floor in the back of the jewel in changi airport. I had to go past immigration so that was an added step that I wasn’t aware of until their last minute email. The place has a lot of rooms so it was like a maze looking for my room. The room was clean and had a attached desk and one small chair. The room isn’t the biggest so if you have a couple large luggages, it may be a tight fit. Bed & pillows were super soft and comfortable, plus the bed reclines !! The only downside was that the breakfast choices were disappointing. Just some muffins and toast then coffee. I wish there were more choices available. J

It was an acceptavle stay for the price. The sheets on the bed had some tears and the matress cover seemed small for the matress. The fold away table was dirty, but the room was comfy and the water got hot quickly so I feel it evened out. It had enough outlets for charging my devices so I was rrasy to explore the wonders of Singapore. Despite the negatives I would still stay there again, the staff were friendly and the breakfast service was nice and tasty.

Excellent access from the arrival lobby T1. The A/C in the room was not able to change the temperature setting or even to turn off. So the room was too cold.

The man at reception could not find my booking or name booked under which was right in front of him on my copy, said I had no booking. No very friendly. Gave me a key card and said take 4M !!!! Which turned out to be level 4M . did not even bother to tell me my room number just stuck a sticker on the key card. Eventually found my way to my room. The room was clean but very cold could not adjust air conditioning tempt, controls did not work. Something in air con system set off my hay fever, could not stop sneezing during the night. Lady at reception was very helpful with directions to Terminal 3, at 5am. This is my first experience with Yotelair, Singapore, Changi Airport, not impressed with first impression at check in desk.

Black hairs absolutely everywhere in the room, under the sheets, on the floor it was disgusting. Nothing dries in the room so expect to have soggy towels for your stay. Very small rooms so I wouldn’t recommend staying for more than a night. Very expensive for the state of the room

The staff named Ewan who checked us in at 12 am was very rude and unfriendly. We were already tired from the flight and it was as if we were interrupting his sleep at 12 am hence he was grumpy. Yotel is fairly pricey and is meant for flight customers you would expect understanding friendly customer service. Not happy.

Everything about this is hotel was convenient for me . The staff was really nice expect one who refused to to let us use the microwave because she claim that its only for halal food. My only problem was that my room was never cleaned for the time spent there, like the trash was never empty and the bed was never made. I only slept there and was out of the room the most time.

Very good overall. Excellent location and convenience for what i needed for that one night. Great included lounge. Thank you for the complimentary water in the room. That is very helpful and crucial. I wished the bathroom also included a small bottle of body lotion as the AC can dry our skin quite a bit. My bed had a dip however probably due to a heavy person sitting on it previously and it caused a v shaped dip while sleeping which caused me uncomfortable sleep. The bath shower definitely needs a sliding glass door partition or shower curtain as everything gets wet and we spend more time trying to mop up and dry off the floor than relaxing. Please YotelAir, install a sliding door! There's definitely room for it.

Hotel is walking distance from airport. Easy check in and check out. Clean and convenient. Room is small but perfect. Has all you need for a night stay. Highly recommend if you need to stay during flight connection.
