We stayed in the suite with the roof top and hot tub. It was fine - not a luxury place you would bring other people to see. The place is worn with "older updates" that appear to have been performed by a novice..."cloppy" plank flooring, entry level tile and fixtures that were poorly installed. Shower head/bar is loose, light fixtures are loose, light switches behind the TV, missing towel bars and crooked towel bars, mold on the ceiling (because the bathroom is not vented, except by a window). The service is great, communication is great. Not a luxury suite.

We were excited to stay here but beware - the photo with the view is for a specific room. I booked this hotel for a group of us including my disabled mum. Not reading the small print but the roof access was not for all guests and only for specific rooms. Mum could not walk so wanted a hotel with a view. Unfortunately, thinking I booked the best rooms well in advance did not come with roof access. HOWEVER, beyond this, the staff, service and rooms with balconies we did have were great. Next time I would book the rooms with roof access. Superb location and minutes from everything. A great kiosk opposite selling snacks and drinks 24 hours and the best ice cream store in front of hotel. Breakfast was superb. THANK YOU for a lovely stay and highly recommend.

The area was great for all of the major Athens sights and points of interest were all in walking distance, (if you are a keen walkers` as we are). There are great resteraunts all around a 3 minute walk from the apartments. The accommodation was enjoyable, the room was clean and a good size, with room to move. Breakfats were a nice easy way to start the day, with a great chloice of fair. The owner was so helpful and was alwasy ready to offer advice and pointers as to where to find good resteraunts. About a 4 minute walk from the Parthenon, if you fancy the walk around 12 minutes from the Olympic stadium. Also the Tour buses meet about a 2 minute walk from the apartment, and so there lots of options. I would return tpo the apartments should I revisit Athens again.

Don’t bother staying in any other hotel in Athens! This is the hotel! The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is absolutely incredible, and the staff is absolutely incredible. This hotel is right in the middle of all the action in Plaka, and you can walk everywhere. It’s only three blocks from the Parthenon.

Amazing hotel for the Athens Plaka area! There is basically everything you could do as sightseeing within walking distance and so many restaurants and cafes. We felt incredibly safe. The owner/manager was wonderful and super helpful. There is a gelato shop connected to the hotel which was a nice plus. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

It was amazing! The host was wonderful! He gave me recommendations for dinner, shopping, and sightseeing. The held my luggage and arranged transportation to the port. The room was immaculate. There was a bottle of wine waiting and an enchanting balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Hadrian’s Gate was also just one block down from the front entrance. Great breakfast, too!

A gem of a small hotel in a fantastic location within 2 mins walk of the Acropolis. Staff were extremely helpful. We booked 2 balcony rooms and they were really lovely. Very comfy bed, bathroom was immaculate with an enormous walk-in shower. They also supply every amenity from bathrobes to toothbrush kits. Mini bar was exceptionally reasonable (1.50 euros for a can of Fanta). Finally the breakfast was fantastic. I would 100% stay here again when visiting Athens.

This hotel is in the perfect place to walk to see all of the sites in Athens. The staff were friendly and kept our bags for us when we got there early. They brought our bags up too. The room was very clean and was much nicer than we expected. We also had a complementary bottle of wine and face masks and robes were provided, as well as water. The bed was good and we had a private back patio. If you have a higher floor you will be able to see the Acropolis from there. It is also very close to shops and restaurants in Plaka, which was very nice to walk around. Good air conditioning, it was hot outside! And there was a nice breakfast set up in the morning. It was quiet for sleep too.

I love staying at boutique hotels that are more than just a huge chain and sea of people coming and going. THIS IS exactly the type of place that I LOVE. Its location could not be better. 5 minutes to tons of shops and restaurants and 10 minutes the the Acropolis and Parthenon. The rooms air conditioning was amazing for the hot Athens days. The bed was very comfortable and modern. The showers had plenty of hot water and were both hand held spray and waterfall. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Athens.

This is a very nice and clean hotel that is in walking distance of many historical sites such as the Parthenon. The balcony suites are amazing and just made this trip to Athens even better. Highly recommend this hotel as a stay.
