This place is super conveniently located, the business is very responsive via chat and right next to many of Athens downtown attractions by walk. Its also budget friendly and safe. We had one issue with the shower missing an entire panel on the door - leading to the bathroom floor always getting soaked and because a hassle to keep it clean. Knowing this, this room should not have been rented until it was fixed as it could easily have become safety issue if someone slipped on the wet floor. Bonus: they have a complementary luggage storage in the basement that is secure and allows you to checkout and roam without worrying about the luggage. This place is also right next many car rentals and so I find that very convenient as well about the location (bonus because I didnt know about it and found it very convenient).

quite room away from the busy street. Very minimalistic which is our stylee, however, the beds we a little bit too firm for our taste. The location is very central to the major archeological sites. The pantheon museum was only a few minute from the building. and There were a number of rooftop bar/restaurants close that overlooked the acropolis/parthenon after dark

This was a hidden gem! It was exactly what I needed to stay for a week in Athens, in downtown. They have everything you need if you want to make your own food instead of going out to eat: dishes, a kettle, a hot plate, a fridge, nespresso machine…iron, ironing board, etc. it was quiet (although I do play white noise from my phone when I travel), close to so many things, super convenient. I would 10000% stay again.

The entire booking, communication was very reliant. They were on top of making sure I did not have any troubles throughout my stay. Offered an add on taxi service that was super helpful. Location was center of everything. Would stay here again!

There were pros and cons. The communication was great. The property was responsive and detailed. However the property itself was just ok. The building is old and run down. The unit was fine but we encountered a cockroach. Notified management and they seem unphased and said it’s just the season. I’m sorry but that is not acceptable. They need pest control. To add to inconvenience the wifi network was down the entire day we were there. Management called and said it’s a network problem so it wasn’t their fault. The furniture is cheap and the place smelled musty. After the cockroach encounter it was difficult to fall asleep knowing there could be more. Luckily we were only there for one night. I would not stay there for anything longer. We did not feel comfortable there.

It is common to have a 3:00 check-in to a hotel/property but if the room is available, it’s okay to check in as soon as the room is ready. This does not appear to be the case here, it is firm 3:00 rule for check in. When they say they will release the code at 11:30, don’t think that means you can get in early. When you call them at their posted phone number, they do not answer, nor is there a voicemail. They never returned the call to ensure everything was satisfactory- until this survey. Everything else was very good.

Nice place and location. Only thing I didn't like, was communication with hostess, and 8 days of reservation, they never change bath towels, or add paper on toillet. They should better this small things. The company makes cleaning on other unit, told about extra charge to change bath towels, and make quick cleaning. I suggest, if you need to stay longer days, to make 2 or 3 reservations, than they will need to clean room and change towels and paper.

Room size and facilities were all good, but when you receive firm instructions about check in and NOT SMOKING IN THE ROOM, it’s not a great to then walk into a room that smells like someone just finished smoking an entire packet of cigarettes. Granted when we called they responded by sending the cleaner in, however, she just told us that’s how the room smells, and then sprayed the window in the toilet (the source of the smell from downstairs) and the curtains with febreze. This, of course had no effect on the smell, and after over 24 hours of travel, the smell of the room and the consequent smell of all our belongings at the start of our trip was not ideal. The price for the room is really appealing for the size and location, but I wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately.

I booked the Raise Acropolis before and after our cruise. Our flight was canceled, unseeable circumstances, so I messaged the hotel and they said they will give me a refund. Later on an email was sent and they said they made a mistake & there will be no refund. After the cruise, we arrived early which I messaged them earlier and they said I could leave the luggage, but the door was locked and nobody answered the phone. We were waiting outside for over 20 minutes before a worker came and let us in. She gave us another number to call but no one was answering for another 30 minutes. Finally somebody answered so that we can return with access on check in time. The next day when we checked out, we tried to get an Uber taxi. He passed us right up since it was on a busy street then he canceled. It took another 20 minutes for us to get another Uber taxi. Due to these experiences, I would recommend a regular hotel that has a lobby does not lock the front door and has a parking lot.

I stayed here as a solo female traveler. This location is fantastic and easy to commute from the airport. The Acropolis is 5 min walk. 8'min walk from Placa where you should eat and VERY safe to be as a solo traveler. Steal of a price and would stay again.

It was a lovely stay and the property was very communicative over email. The only reason this is "good" instead of "excellent" is that the wifi stopped working the last two days of our stay, which was difficult.

Everything was relatively new, very clean qnd wcerything you would need. AC worked great, refrigerator worked very well,bed was comfortable, bath and shower worked great. Very responsive. Hair drywr was broken when i arrived and they came the next day with a new one. Only thing i wish they had was an ice cube maker tray. But i improvised qnd used the espresso cups and made some. Worked too. Haha. Location is excellent. 2 nlocks from Metro. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful property! Hop on Hop Off bus stop is just down the street, 24hr Greek restaurant across the street (good food and good prices), easy walk to most restaurants /bars, modern & clean, HOT shower with great water pressure. It is on a major street which can cause I little noise but windows do have full shutters. We were in room 64.. Lovely balcony with view of the hills (rooms across the hall have limited Acropolis view).

Terrific location and value for the price. Clean and efficient space. Plenty of room for a longer stay. We had a balcony with a view, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Had a really nice stay there. The apartment was clean and cosy and the location was central yet quiet and safe. Knocked off one star because we arrived one day later due to a flight cancellation and the hotel would not refund us for the first night.

The good. Great location. Close to the Athens attractions and the public transportation. Great restaurants and bars within a short walk as well as grocery stores. (go to the AB. Not the OK market) Easy to find just look for the Hertz car rental on the street. Great communication with the management and easy to understand directions. Unit was clean and the beds were comfy. Now the not so good. We were in unit 57 so I cannot speak to the other units. The kitchen has a one burner cooktop. There is very few cooking utensils. One medium size fry pan and one medium size pot and a colander. A pasta spoon and some kind of straining spoon. No spatula. No kitchen knife. (Just butter knifes). Fortunately I carry a large pocket knife. No cutting board. No peeler. The bathroom. About five to ten minutes after showering water starts to leak from the bottom of the shower and covers the floor. Obviously a drainage issue that I notified the manager about. Mold around the bottom of the shower door frame. The hotels.com website says "Laundry facilities". There is none but a self-serve laundry a 5 min walk away. Also the hotels.com website says "window screens" Our unit had none. I really wanted to give this property a 4 star but the issues were just to numerous to ignore. When I find issues I always talk to or message management on the problem and if the response is positive I will give them the benefit of the doubt. In this case the hosts did not respond so there you are.

This property was in a great location, close to the Actopolis, to restaurants and shops, safe area, the communication was also very good, everything was easy about the check in, vlear instructions through messages or email. The only thing i didnt like was the smell in the bathroom, it smelled moldy and I'm pretty sensitive to that smell. Our son had another room and he didnt have that problem. It was only for a night, so i tried to tolerate it, but i wouldn't go back because mold really affects me badly.
