A lovely property

Excellent hotel, like brand new. Room was way bigger than expected with a separate living room. Had a bar on the top floor and a cook to order restaurant on the lower floor.

The help to check you in was horrible, over a 30 minute wait, if you don't let everyone check in until 4 p.m., you should be ready to check people in.

Family friendly

Beautiful hotel, rooms and common areas all were nice and clean. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful.

Dogs are allowed to stay for $75. But not really a pet friendly place.

I just wish breakfast would have been served earlier on the weekend. We were unable to have breakfast due to time conflict.

Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from the arena our hockey team was playing at.

Very nice hotel was so nice to see another historical building being saved for all to enjoy. Staff was very friendly and informative, especially the breakfast staff so friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice to see the area getting renovated will be nice destination.

We stayed on the property the whole evening. Mother and daughter R&R evening. Every one of the staff members we ran into were all so friendly and very positive attitudes was very cool. The menu pricing in both Restaurants was amazingly affordable! And the food offered was wonderfully fresh, very tasty and portion sizes were large On the Rooftop for appetizers with a wonderful view and Downstairs that evening great dinner! We were able walk directly from our table to the Riverfront Patio then to the lighted river walkway. The only small issue was the pool did have about 35 children for echoey and extremely loud running back and forth large groups of children running and jumping from the pool to hot tub. They were definitely having agreat time. They were sweet kids tho. lol We were just looking for a little more of a relax time but whatever they had fun. Thanks for a great mom and daughter time together it was much needed!! Happy Valentines Day

Beautifully renovated old warehouse. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The staff is friendly, the gym is nice, the restaurant has good food. I will stay there again next time I visit Rockford.

What a wonderful stay! Our suite was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The entire staff was courteous and attentive. The property is amazing and we highly recommend Embassy Suites in Rockford.

Great place to stay

Very clean & modern!

The inside property and rooms was very clean, besides the outside front had food thrown all over! It was very cold so it is understandable as to why as it was not cleaned up. Called the hotel directly for early check in and was on hold for 25 minutes just be put on hold again!

Staff was amazing. The cleaning department was on point. The Lobby crew was very good also. No complaints at all. Won’t be my last reservation.

Great customer service beautiful rooms

Very nice hotel. The hotel rooms are very big. You get free breakfast in the morning it’s amazing (chefs that cook omelettes) I would definitely stay again.

We just wanted a quick get away. It was a lovely hotel. Beautiful view of the river. The staff, all about the hotel, were friendly, helpful and kind. The room was comfortable. The food in all of the restaurants was excellent. The drinks in the bars were fun. We plan to come back during better weather to really get a feel and experience Rockford, and we will definitely be staying at this hotel.

Nice place to stay for a quick trip to Rockford. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the evening reception but we did order room service and loved the complimentary breakfast. Everything is so well done!

The breakfast is delicious with made to order options and the breakfast staff is so friendly and helpful.

The building was perfect and the room was modern with historic building by features.

This is such a cool hotel. Roof top bar and restaurant. Great breakfast too. Loved how they incorporated the elements of the historic building into the decor.
