I very much enjoyed my room!!

The motel is self service. Wierd after 50 years of traditional motels. Location is ok. Stayed one night due to a cancelled flight

It was truly an oasis.

I loved the room it was very nice only bad thing was the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows as well that was only bad thing . The Jacuzzi was very warm I loved that the pool is 24/7 everything was nice and clean .

It was such a wonderful place to stay.

Good location and nice facility. Confusing check in. Had a conflict with jacuzzi users at 3AM. Felt very safe but gates were not ever locked. It stated daily house cleaning, not needed and never happened.

This property is absolutely adorable! Very clean and well kept. Lots of outdoor space for hanging out. Even your own private patio.

This is our favorite place in Palm Springs. Excellent stay every time. Clean, quiet, and very relaxing.

Ok, and convenient - but low water pressure and not much hot water.

I thought it less glamorous than the pics showed and that the level of security was somewhat dubious. Only would take one kick to the door and it would open. The immediate outside vicinity is pitch black and you cannot see a thing. Entrance is via a code that hasn’t changed in weeks.

It's a bit difficult to figure how to enter the complex because it's fenced. When you register they do send a pass for the gate. I didn't have it was I booked it just before arriving. But, once inside it is a really pleasant facility. It looks kinda like an old Palm Springs motel but they've done a nice job modernizing it. Rooms are large with a kitchenette. Furnishings are modern and a bit funky. It is a bit out of the way but I walked to downtown Palm Springs for dinner, about 20 minutes.

Love this little gem of a hotel. It’s clean, quiet and adults only. I would and will absolutely so stay again. The patios are nicely at up for relaxing evening out have wine and some food. Pool is warm in January, the hot tub is clean and comfortable. Most relaxing stay I have had a hotel in long time.

The bed is terrible. It is so saggy that two persons will always end up sliding to the middle.

Fantastic and perfect spot in Palm Springs

Hotel was in a very nice and in a great area. It was and very quite. We stayed in room 22 and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Other then that it was perfect.

We had quite the day of travel only to find out our other accommodation had made a mistake and cancelled! We were rebooked to the Bellevue where we met Kennith the night auditor. He turned our frowns upside down! We had the most pleasant stay! Such a welcoming vibe and super comfy digs. I’m glad our other property cancelled and we had the opportunity to stay at Bellevue. Thanks for everything!

We had a great time here and thought our room was wonderful. We’ll be back for sure. The guy who helped us with check in (because we had trouble with the emailed instructions) was very friendly and helpful.

Nice room with a kitchen

The room was dirty. Pool towels were so dirty and stains on it. Bathroom towels were dirty as well. We’ve seen couple roaches in the bathroom. Room was very small and bathroom was outdated and old and dirty. They charged $25 resort fee for nothing. The pool was ok not extremely clean. We woke up around 2 am because of the fight from next door. They were shouting and making ridiculous noise during the night time. We wanted to reach front desk or hotel staff but nobody was available in that time I guess. Definitely not coming back here. We’ve been in Palm Springs in many times and there are much cleaner and cheaper places than this hotel. I recommend other guests to be aware of these possible issues.

trying to check in first, you have to call the telephone number before they let you in the gate, the telephone number was very static and you couldn't hear almost like a fax machine. Then I had to call back and ask. Hey I'm at the gate can you let me in and the guy continue to tell me that you have to fill out the email form and all identification and sign the rules and regulations via email. I did not ever get the email. I told him I had no email could you please let me in I can fill out the paperwork, he said no; policy is of the hotel that you must fill out the email paperwork online before going through the gate. Come to find out you can fill out the paperwork in person so that was a lie, I waited outside for 15 minutes then he had to resend the email two times. Then the phone supposedly got disconnected but I think he hung up on me. Then I said the code doesn't work for the front gate. Then you walk in to the hotel room number 21 and it is extremely hot. It says that the AC is supposed to be left on at 76 degrees. The AC was off. It was extremely hot in there. I had to turn on the AC, to cool down the room. I will say at the hotel room is clean, however, it was a poor experience and do not recommend going to this place. Extremely disappointed, left a bad taste in my mouth, the air conditioner was dirty and filthy, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff was helpful .. but the water was slow to go down in the shower leaving me in inches of water and same for the sink

Loved the fact that the pool is open 24hours

It used to be my fav place in Palm Springs for last 2 years, for its beautiful pool and quiet. Last 2 visits were very disappointing. The pool looks muddy, its far from being sparkling like it used to be. I let the manager know, they said they fix it. Aug 24th trip, jacuzzi not working, both pool and jacuzzi water dirty, you can barely see your feet. By the end of the first day in there all my body covered with rushes and red blisters. I was scared. We didn't stay for next night even we paid for it. Called to hotel to let them know, they just ignored me. Never come back.
