Person was very nice. The room smelled like stinky feet and musty clothes, the pullout Sofia was pulled out pillows strung about. The toilet was very dirty. Everything else was great.

Lisa was amazing! From the minute our flight landed, we called for a shuttle pick up. She was there in under 5 minutes, escorted us into the hotel, checked us in and continued to provide excellent service showing us where to get food, drinks, anything we needed and making sure we had everything necessary. Definitely would stay here again!

a great and well maintained option next to the airport, from the front desk staff to the shuttle operator everyone was warm and friendly and courteous

Shower has mold growing by doors and was gross. The dishes were filthy and i had to hand wash anything i used. They had 1 working elevator on a Friday and a saturday which made for really long wait times on the 5th floor when i called desk tobsay i was waiting 7 mins i was offered not compassion except sorry. Cold coffee in lobby which sucked. Someone put a dirty diper in the recycle bin which was foul smelling while waiting on elevator. My refrigerator wouldnt even keep my milk cold..just a lot of things that made me leave an entire day early it was so bad. I told the front desk through text the room was great but i hadnt seen the gross mold in shower. And last thing my beds looked like someone rolled around on them before i checked in...not a great experience for a Hikton thats for sure.

Hotel’s shuttle not running tonight die to unforeseen circumstances. Only after some complaining they said they would reimburse me for Uber. When I checked in and presented Uber receipt they said they would only pay about half of that. Just cheesy! Plus, i made a mistake when I originally booked and made reservation for the same day. I realized immediately and tried to cancel, or at least move the deposit to actual day of travel. I made reservation at 11:30PM, but they would let do that so paid for hotel twice. I’m a Hiltons Gold member and that is how they treated me. Further upon checkin i had to ask for a bottle of water. Just chhesy!!!!

Great rental space BUT I was not a fan of the pillows. We had 3 pillows but neither were the same and very uncomfortable.
