We had a lovely stay. The host Chris couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The ground floor twin room though could do with a refurb.

Nice stay ground floor room very quiet, large room with plenty of storage space, lacking full length mirror ( personal preference) comfy beds, breakfast menu good selection cooked fresh. Two issues raised with owner hopefully they have now been resolved, wallpaper to exterior wall needs attention.

Pros: Pleasant stay - the room was clean and quiet. Friendly host. Delicious breakfast.
Cons: the only thing didn’t make it a 5star stay was the water pressure wasn’t strong enough & the water supply was a bit weak

Lovely little hotel guest house, easy access to all that the area has to offer.kriss & all the staff were lovely, breakfast was really nice & well presented would recommend sunnycroft to anyone.

We had a lovely stay. Kris was very welcoming . The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Bed had a mattress topper on which was dipping on both sides. Very uncomfortable and had very little support. Bedroom window was dirty inside and out, handles not fixed properly. Blind in bathroom dirty, shower soap holder rusty and had dried soap residue. Radiator rusty, sink plug chain broken. Expected better

We had a 2 night stay at this property. Kris & his family were very welcoming. Nothing was too much bother for them. There was the option to have an evening meal which.we did & it was delicious. The breakfast we had was also delicoous & freshly cooked. Only downside was the lack of parking, but we managed. I would defonitely recommend Sunnycroft Guesthouse.

Stayed here last month. Highly recommended staying here. Lovely quiet area, close to the shops and promenade. The room has everything you need. Breakfast is fantastic. The hosts are really nice and friendly. There was nothing to complain about

we really enjoyed our stay, Sunnycroft is tucked away just off the main street a perfect location and very peaceful, the breakfasts are great, our room was very spacious and spotless our hosts were lovely and welcoming and we will be visiting again.

Very quiet house, on very quiet residential street.
Lovely spacious single room, very comfortable bed, good choice for breakfast, very clean throughout, no noise from adjoining room. Walkable to west shore, North shore, pier, town, bus stops, train station. Loved my stay here.

Great guesthouse in a great area. Room smelt great and was clean. Toiletries and tea/coffee provided in the room. Lots of electrical charging points including USB plug sockets and located a short walk from the main town/beach. Parking was easy & the breakfast menu, breakfast itself and hospitality were excellent.

Stayed 2 nights. Bin not emptied after the first night nor used bottle of soap replaced.

This was a lovely and relaxing stay. Excellent hosts, delicious cooked breakfast and perfect location. Off road parking and you can walk into town. The room was perfect and clean. Very quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep. I would fully recommend staying at Sunnycroft.

Got a lovely friendly welcome from Chris who explained everything from meal time's amenities, a nice stocked bar, the rooms were clean,warm with toiletries, towels. Xmas decs up making it lovely and snug. Overall a great place to stay good location with parking I will definitely be stopping there again Thanks Chris for a lovely weekend away hope to see you soon

Had a good stay, Kris and partner very accommodating. Great location with parking on site or in local roads. Bed a bit uncomfortable but room really good plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast very nicely prepared and tasty. Would go back.

Kris gave us a lovely welcome on arrival. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. TV was better than our own at home!! Will definitely return.

This guest-house is in the perfect area with only a 5-10min walk into the centre as well as easy access to public transport.
Kris was welcoming at the start and explained breakfast and things you could do. If we needed anything, he would deal with it straightaway to ensure our stay was as comfortable as ever.
Ironically enough, the only time we needed to see him was at the start and at the end of our stay which shows clearly what a good stay it was and how we didn't really need him!
Would recommend this charming guesthouse for a relaxing stay albeit 2 days or more!!
