The hotel is good for what you pay for it. On the surface it looks new and hip but there are very basic things that need some attention: rusty showerheads, dingy fixtures, full facilities to cook but absolutely no instruments to do so (not a single pan, plate or appliance, not even coffee maker), noisy air conditioner. Breakfast was ok, had to drive a bit to get to somewhere else decent to eat.

The bed was comfortable. It was right off the freeway with easy access. The restaurant was delicious. The staff was great. Chef Omar spent 45 minutes helping us track down vanilla. Thank you so much!

My wife had a broken leg. We asked for a chair with wheels. The staff was indifferent and did not offer to help. The room was nice. The hotel was not very accessible for people with disabilities.

Good hotel, breakfast was above average (and included), friendly staff; semi-modern installations. Pros: Bang for your buck Breakfast Semi-Modern Hotel Staff Gated Building - feels safe Cons: No water in bathroom - issue was fixed in a timely manner. Another room we used also stopped providing water in bathroom - issue was reported and.fixed. Hotel lost electricity several times - it appears there is a backup generator that turns electricity back on within seconds, but still inconvenient. Location - getting to hotel forces you to drive a mile past hotel, make a u-turn, thend drive the mile back into hotel. Overall, good experience, would consider going back.

The hotel was beautiful. Both my rooms looked like they were newly renovated. Fresh paint and bath fixtures. The was an exceptional employee named Eder who worked as the host in the hotels restaurant. He was very efficient and friendly.

To begging I didn’t get vip treatment what do ever. The the room I got was very dusty and some things were not functioning like the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the iron wasn’t working either.

The property is excellent, very well kept, clean and love the decor. Rooms are very spacious, beds very comfortable. Staff was very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Definitely will stay again & recommend.

The staff was friendly and welcoming - there is a nice bar and restaurant onsite. The room was lovely - very nice stay. Would return if in the city again. The Museo Lenora Carrington is worth a visit if you come to town.

The hotel was nice and clean but I wish the rooms had better lighting. It was a little too dark in the room unless I opened up the window. Ofcourse I don't want to change with my windows open just for lighting. Just a few small things that cold have been betterbut to each the own liking.

Great customer service, very limited menu for breakfast. The hallway do not have air conditioning and rooms need a lot more lighting. I’m a frequent traveler to SLP. Location is good, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I’ve actually already stayed here before when it was Smart Suites EBH. Just a tip if you take a taxi from the airport I would give them the old name since it was renamed TRYP and they aren’t familiar with the new name they won’t know the hotel. Also if you use Uber Smart Suites comes up if you want to be dropped off or picked up here just FYI. The hotel is modern and up to date, it’s clean, staff is friendly, and the food is pretty good and juices. It is next to a factory so you may hear trucks outside, and the walls are pretty thin you can hear people walking in the hallway. If you want a nice comfy clean bed and room I recommend staying here. There’s also a PEMEX gas station next door if you need snacks.
