The staff, service, and updated/clean hotel are the reasons we come back. The gentlemen at the front were welcoming and helpful. They even open doors, and load luggages. Checking in, Joy helped us and he was kind and informative. The gentleman that delivered our room service, the cleaning ladies, were all fantastic. Their kind and friendly demeanor makes staying at jw marriott wonderful. And a beautiful hotel with clean sheets and towels is always a must. Jw marriott delivers.

The room was great, the distance from Disney Land was only a 10 minute walk, the bar service was great with great selection of food. overall staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall my family has a very comfortable and great stay at the hotel.

Check in was great and the staff were all very nice but everything else was lacking. Firstly, for the price you pay, they should have a place for you to park. It is sketchy to have to pay $30+ dollars a day to park in the Garden Walk parking garage. And if you don’t trust leaving your car in a garage overnight where any derelict can come and mess with it, you’re stuck with $65/day for Valet. Then there was the room. The bathroom mirror has a backlight that cannot be turned off and brightens the room. You can barely minimize it with the bathroom door since it’s opaque glass. The sheets and the comforter were also too small for the bed. The fitted sheet was almost popping off the mattress and the comforter went from our necks to our ankles. Not to mention they felt like the cheapest sheets possible. We didn’t even try on the robes because they felt like rough towels. Last but not least, we picked this hotel because we had a long reservation planned here in January and wanted to test it out beforehand. We specifically were trying to get a hotel room that was away from rude families and their ridiculously loud children. That didn’t happen. As we were trying to sleep, a child continued to scream their head off right outside of our door. We didn’t get much sleep, checked out very early and were offered no kind of compensation from the morning staff. Don’t waste your time or your money. Other Marriott hotels in the area are far better.

I made a reservation, payed and they didnt respect it. is the worst hotel ever.....or hotels.com was the one that didn´t do the things right i got with NO HOTEL at 11 pm. i was very very mad. the worst service ever.

Love this hotel!! After a long day at the parks it’s wonderful to know the hotel room will be clean and comfortable. Service is very attentive and friendly. I’d choose this hotel every time!

The 30 dollar destination fee per night was a huge surprise and there’s no parking at the hotel except valet at 65 dollars a night.

Overall the hotel was pretty good, prices for parking are quite high for $65/night. Some dining experiences prices are also high for $8 coffee. Service is awesome, rooms are overall good.

Location was wonderful. The staff was exceptional. Went to a concert at House of Blues. You really can’t get any closer than this hotel if proximity to that venue is important to you. Loved the bathtub!!!!

Overall, very terrible. I gotta be honest. Why does a guest need a reservation for the rooftop bar just to buy a drink and watch fireworks Guest should be admitted to the bar with our keys in our hands. The other reason for terrible rating is the shuttle to downtown Disney Disneyland we were told by one of the staff. It was just a 15 minute wait time in the shuttles were constantly coming and going. It was over an hour wait and we were jaywalking because the shuttle driver refused to drop us off at the JW Marriott that’s unacceptable and very unsafe. I guess I’ll go to the Viv like everybody else did.

This hotel is across the street from Disneyland Parking lots offering Convenient and free Disneyland Toy Story shuttle, a quick 5 minute walk away. Many restaurants nearby. All staff were friendly and so helpful, we were constantly offered cold bottled water from the valet staff after long HOT (40 degrees C) days at the parks. Pool is excellent and very clean with enough super comfy oversized well cushioned deck chairs. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely pool where families can unwind after long days spent at Disneyland. Comfortable modern decor, quiet. Food was excellent from the breakfast buffet to the casual bar snacks. Convenient 15-20 min walk to Disney parks. All areas were always clean and welcoming.

Overall we really liked the property however I booked for my sons 13th birthday in hopes to use the amenities and dine at the rooftop for his birthday dinner. Unfortunately, after we arrived I found out both restaurants were CLOSED. By that time I had not booked reservations inside Disneyland. No one let me know this at the front desk as well as online. I had to call guest services as no one answered the restaurants phone (Italian restaurant and rooftop). We were very upset and the front desk stated they would have a manager call me and no one reached out. Was not looking for a comp just communication and to give feedback. Also note the rooftop was still taking reservations on open table for the day it was closed which was odd and got our hopes up! Luis from guest services was great, he was the one that had to get to the bottom of the outlets being closed. I work I’m luxury hospitality as well and this was a let down as specifically we book for restaurants and amenities. The property is beautiful and the cleanliness was top tier. We wish next visit is better!

Easy check in staff was extremely friendly. Room was spacious, shower was amazing. We’ll definitely be back. The only thing I disliked was the destination fee was a bit confusing. Overall everything in the hotel was great!!

We had previously stayed at this hotel a few years ago and thought it was a good option for Disneyland trip. We checked in to the hotel at 3:55 and were told our room would be ready in 10 minutes, which was ok since we arrived 5 min before the check-in time. 30 minutes passed, and our room still wasn’t ready, so I went to check on the status. We were finally given a room. The lobby bathrooms were dirty, and the hallways were lined with takeout food trash that hadn’t been picked up. The parking is expensive, which we knew ahead of time. We were not aware that there was a resort charge of $30 that can be applied to one of their restaurants during the stay. I don’t think we will be staying here again based on this last visit.

I loved that it was family friendly. I loved the pool had great seating options. The only thing I didn’t like was I booked a celebration package for my daughter’s birthday and it sucked not worth the 100 additional dollars. Other than that it was great.
