The hotel is very well kept and the onsite staff are friendly and helpful. The biggest drawback for me was no coffee in the rooms or on the property but there was a great restaurant and a 7-11 across the street so very convenient for coffee and breakfast. Also the freeway was 2 blocks alway so very good for traveling.

I only booked this place for sleep one night after reading fair reviews, and it turned out to be a sleepless night. I did not take pics of how dirty the toilet, floors & sheets were as I just needed to sleep. I had to use my own wipes to clean the toilet so I could use it, the floors & walls were stained, and bed sheets were stained & hair left on them. I laid down all the towels so I could lay on them and attempt to sleep. The phone kept ringing after midnight & there were loud door slams & fishy guests. I will never stay there again.

Convenient and near the freeway and with a Starbucks across the street and there’s a bar and restaurant just a walk away. It was perfect for our family as they live less than a mile from that location. Lots of food and shopping just up the road.

It seems that they are in the process of improving the facilities which is very good but they need a little more attention in the cleaning of the bathroom since it was not completely clean and the blanket on my bed had a couple of cigarette burns but was replaced when I let them know.

Let me tell you it may look so nice on the picture but omg when I tell you the hotel was nasty! Everything was so dirty especially the bathrooms. The drain was clogged and the wall filthy. Like if they have cleaned them in days. There were even roaches! Never going here again.

This was an excellent stay on a budget. The room was extremely quiet. We especially liked the comfy beds, the shower, and the choice of TV channels. It is also in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

I’ve stayed here 4 times now. This is definitely a “no frills” hotel and the cleanliness is skeptical. However, the beds are comfortable (needs more pillows though) and I’m only in hotels to sleep and shower, so having a comfortable bed is nice. The water pressure in the showers is lacking but it’s also not the worst I’ve had in a hotel. I will continue to be a return customer because the price is reasonable and it’s ina good location when I have to work in Downey :)

This was the second time staying here. The first time the place was great and clean. This time around, they had construction work early in the morning so we had loud banging in our room early in the morning until check out time. No consideration for its guests. The shower wasn’t clean we could found hair and stains on the walls and floors.

Looks like the place just got remodeled and the appliances looked in good condition. Their problem is the cleaning, floors were dirty, our room looked like it just had the bedsheets changed, but there was stains in the pillowcases and towels (that felt like cardboard) the bathroom didn’t seem clean at all, there was hair all over and the toilet was disgusting, the whole property has a weird smell. Location was okay, lots of coffee and places to eat around .
