Nice staff. Okay breakfast. Bathrooms are dated. Room itself is fine. Beds are very comfy. Good location to get to multiple areas of Tupelo. Not anything special but good if you simply need a space to sleep and grab some breakfast. Area okay. However, they do allow dogs! 😊

Stay was so-so. Reception was preoccupied and visiting with friend. Did not volunteer info on breakfast etc. Room was nice and clean, but something in kitchen area was constantly creating a rapping noise that persisted all night. Needs to be fixed.

After reserving a suite with a sofa bed because I was traveling with my 4 year old girl who goes to sleep early and I wanted a separate sleep area so she could go to sleep on time & I could spend time with her older bros, my sons from a previous marriage; they did not have one available be cause they sold out. We made this reservation a full week prior & it was confirmed. My oldest son is an active duty U.S. Marine was deployed for over a year so it’s been over a year since I’ve last spent any time with him. So I had to make the choice to mess with my 4 yr old girls schedule or spend less time with my son. We cant mess up a 4 year olds schedule so I ended up missing out on a lot of time with my son because this hotel “confirmed” a room and then sold them out. I ended up in a double room with no separation so I got to lie in one bed with my daughter in the other bed across the room from me and I was able to text with my son. That was the first introduction to this hotel. DON’T trust your reservation, they do NOT care at all what you paid for and/or “Confirmed”!!!! Next the room isn’t in the greatest shape. It was fairly clean except the drywall broken near the bathtub and the toilet paper holders that constantly dropped the toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom because they are so loose they can’t hold a toilet paper roll. I don’t have enough characters to express my issues! Im running out of ways to express my problems. And just getting started.

I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Vernon, the front desk staff was professional and upbeat. Many food options in the area and close to the interstate and highway. The breakfast was hot and fresh with different options to choose from. I will be staying here again!

We had an excellent stay here. We checked in after 10:00 pm and they had upgraded us to a suite. It was a new hotel that was incredibly clean, safe, and had a fantastic breakfast. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

No complaints! The staff was amazing. Or room was clean and stocked. No problems getting extra towels either. Breakfast was delicious our entire stay. The hotel was quiet and clean. Plenty of food options nearby as well as a Walmart.

Overall the location works great. But the cleaning staff never came to our staff after being requested to clean our room on 3 different occasions. We at 2 different times didn’t even have clean towels. Very disappointed.

Came to check in about 3:30pm they said my room wasn’t ready which was ok but I come back 2 hours later it’s still not ready.The ladies were nice so I didn’t get upset. So I called the next morning to make sure they took some money off and Dae was rude as af Tamika and the other young lady was great and friendly.

It was a nice hotel! But on our first day weren’t friendly or helpful. We booked and paid for a room in advance and specifically booked a room with a tub/shower combo. We made it at check in time and the room still wasn’t ready. When we finally get the room it wasn’t what was paid for, so I had to go back down to the desk. The receptionist then informs me that I would have to wait a while to see if they have the room that I booked! 5 minutes later she comes and informs me she doesn’t. I agreed to keep the room despite what had been paid for. I then asked a housekeeper if we could get extra towels because we only had 2 sets and we had 4 people in our party. She then tells me no she will have to check with someone because it’s up to whomever to decide if they wanted to give us extra towels. It was 2 huge bags of trash left beside our room door that remained there for 24 hours despite housekeeping being on the floor working. Overall the hotel was clean, but there is room for improvement. We did eventually get towels because I waited until later that evening and the front desk staff did provide us with towels without any hesitation.

We were able to get early check in, but the room was not fully clean. There was an old bluetooth left on top of the refrigerator, some sort of condiment was splattered on the cabinets and the dish towels had old crusted food on them. Pull out bed had crumbs and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed well enough. Also, we were not told at check in that we would have to notify them 24 hours prior to get our room cleaned. Most of the staff was very nice, especially those who worked in the breakfast area.
