It was an overnight stay so we didn’t need much. We couldn’t see the closeness of the beach but people were walking carrying their beach chair so I assumed it was nearby. Staff weren’t very welcoming and we always had to wait for someone to come out for assistance at the desk.

I loved the size and roominess of the two queen bedroom However the fan did not work in the bathroom And you had to stay at the property for four days or more In order to get Your room serviced, Which I found odd.. All around it was a great property to stay at and would recommend

My wife, daughter, and I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Destin Miramar Beach for a late anniversary/family trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, a few aspects left us disappointed, especially as Hilton rewards members. Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention goes to **Lisa**, who was especially pleasant and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Another staff member, a shorter woman with glasses (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch), was equally kind and helpful. We loved the **balcony room**, which provided a nice view of the town. The room itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short drive to the beach, making it convenient for quick trips to the water. Cons: As a loyal **Hilton Rewards member**, I’ve always appreciated being recognized during my stays, even when booking through third-party sites. However, on this occasion, the manager informed me that because I booked through a third-party site, I wouldn’t be acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member, nor would I earn points for my stay. This was **disheartening** and quite disappointing. If I had known this beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel, as there was another one we were co

This hotel is in a wonderful location, with a walkable beach access within 5 minutes of the hotel. They also offer a complimentary golf cart shuttle to the access if you have items you’re toting, etc. Brenda was an excellent driver and very very friendly and personal. Mary Jane was excellent at checking. However, for the Hilton brand name, the cleanliness and quality of the room I stayed in is subpar to the brand. There was a significant amount of mold on the wall inside the bathroom above the door. The beds squeaked at the tiniest movement. The lights and outlets that are built into the headboard also did not work. Overall, would probably stay here again, the rooms just need some detail cleaning and maintenance checks.

It was an amazing stay. Staff was so nice. Ladie that works at a bar was very sweet. Housekeeping ladies helped me out with whatever I needed all I had to do is ask. The only thing I wish that you guys have complementary breakfast more than just coffee.

BEST bed I have ever slept on in a nice hotel. The room with the balcony was amazing, only .25 miles from the beach. I do wish that they would have changed my sheets though before the 24 hour notice requirement due to how marinara sauce was spilt on the bed. I only had one night stay left but would have REALLY appreciated that. Other than that it was great.

The staff is not helpful at all. We got handicapped rooms even though I reserved regular king bed. The lady at desk told me I can't even put my hilton honors because I booked through online. There was no conditioner in bathroom when my wife was taking shower, i went to desk to ask for extra conditioner, i was told they dont have it!!! Will not be staying again.

The location to the beach was great! It was located in a central area for shopping and dining as well. Our room was fantastic minus the view and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great stay and plan to stay again!

The parking was not the greatest and front desk was not able to give clear directions on how to get to your room. Pictures are a little deceiving as nothing is really close by. It was an average stay, but for the price I was expecting a little more.

I was satisfied with stay. The only thing that irritated me was when we requested towels and put our towels we used in the hall like housekeeping told us to do , they only brought us 2 towels and we requested 4. They acted like they couldn’t give us anymore. I told them there was 4 of us and we couldn’t use the same towel. I am a Diamond member for Hilton and have never had that happen before.

We went to bed only to find mouse droppings around the headboard. Front desk person just said thanks for telling us. That’s more deserving of a refund or a free night somewhere. That’s disgusting.

My husband is working on a remodel project down on Scenic 98. We enjoy staying here because it is very close to shopping, the beach, and restaurants. The staff is nice and accommodating. This last time we stayed, however, I discovered some black mold in the bathroom. I'm sure these rooms are turned over so frequently during the season that no one has a chance to thoroughly inspect them. Regardless, this is a health concern and must be addressed immediately.

The hotels in a great location it’s beautiful it always smelt good and clean. The staff is so friendly. Michelle is very professional and all front desk personnel all the ladies and men I’m sorry I didn’t get the other ones names a perfect solo trip for a couple days. I would recommend Hilton at this location. Walking distance to the beach.

Love the location, accross the street is the premium outlet and near at the outcast seafood restraurant that serves fresh cooked seafood at affordable price. The room was nice and clean and staff are very helpful. 5-7mins walk to beach access and love we were able to laundry our clothes as well. Walking distance to waffle house. Not beach from but decent hotel if you are travelling around destin florida.

The hotel was very welcoming, and the staff was friendly. Our hotel room was very pleasant and clean! The hotel itself was close to many restaurants, shopping areas, and the beach. We were able to walk to get coffee, see the sunrise on the beach, and get brunch afterwards without taking a drive. Hands down a great hotel if you’re traveling with family or friends.

Hotel was very clean and the AC is cold!!! Nice bathrooms and good size toilet. Walking distance to the beach, fast food, outlets, and convenience store. Wish they included free breakfast for their guest (embassy suites does). Overall it was a good stay.
