Amazing place, staff was absolutely amazing also even those who spoke no English was great and accommodating.

Great, seemingly brand new hotel in the heart of Hannover. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in town!

what is it with new hotels and the lack of toilet doors that you actually can close? the air condition was also very loud and we weren't able to turn it off. the artwork in the hotel is "banksy bought on wish". like a guy without a soul who's buying a rock tshirt in order to amplify his non-existing personality. staff was nice and friendly though.

The stay here overall was brilliant. So many reasons why but genuinely such a unique, quirky, well-placed hotel that offers a great room. The room itself was fantastic: super clean, great facilities including a fridge with free drinks (!), great shower and a very interesting sink design that’s in the middle of the room - oddly very practical. Despite being next to a junction, once the window was closed it was silent so got a good night’s sleep. The view though was really nice (in photo): could see some of the skyline, watch traffic go by and added a buzz to it. You’re a stone’s throw away from the centre with only a short walk before you’re in the middle of Hannover. There’s also an U Bahn station outside the doors in case you don’t fancy the walk. Very well connected. The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Happy to serve me in German and English. Check in and out was super easy. No complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hannover.

An interesting hotel, slightly unconventional, but enjoyable, it all worked and the staff were friendly and helpful. Am sure it is a hit withn young people, too.

The breakfast buffet is definitely worth it, fresh smoothies are the best!

Very nice hotel with spacious room and cool interiors/designs in both room and public areas. The quite new hotel appeared very clean and tidy and having very friendly staff....

Everything was great, but the rooms are very "compact". Breakfast good but "limited". The bets are really good.

It feels harsh writing this review as I went during time of COVID when they were clearly just opening up but this experience was somewhat disappointing.Firstly issue was when we arrived it took 20-30 minutes before I saw anyone who could help me check in. During check-in they moved my payment to a different section which led to them asking me about 3/4 times during my stay for payment despite the fact I had already paid & had evidence of it.This slowness (during a quiet time for the hotel) was a factor many times. Time & again people disappeared and rarely anyone on the front desk or around to help. When I got to our room I wanted to call to the desk to ask for some item & there was no phone in the room. I called off my mobile & rang SEVEN times to the front desk - no one answered. I eventually went downstairs to try to find someone.The phone is a classic example of things they don't have. There's a hair & body wash hooked into the shower (surprising for such a nicely finished hotel) but there is no extra amenities. No soap by the sink, no shower cap, no body lotion. I don't need 30 books I'm never going to read which are going to collect dust, I want items I may use.The minibar is pretty pathetic if you'd like a quick alcoholic drink when you arrive (one shot of gin, 2 water, 2 cokes, 1 alcohol free beer). Another time I ordered an iron. Eventually, after an hour, 4 phone calls & a friend asking downstairs, it arrived.Will say bed is comfy though! :-)
