The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were fantastic. Parking was a hot mess though. I prepaid for parking with my reservation and upon arrival we had to circle the block around the hotel multiple times in heavy city traffic waiting for a spot to open up to valet our car (none did after 30+ mins, so we had to park elsewhere and pay again for the first 6 hours of our stay). Came back later to park overnight and again took about 20 mins just for valet staff to come take the keys to park the car). Then the following morning it took about an hour to get our car back to leave. I would happily stay at the element again but I absolutely would not park there again. It's not worth the headache

I always love this place! Never disappointed. It’s located near everything in Philly. Good pricing, kitchen in the room, spacious room and bathroom. Lots of fun things to do around the hotel in walking distance. Great free breakfast!

Excellent location and building floor layout. Excellent people and service. Excellent free breakfast. Experienced issues with connecting to their wifi and the issue was handled by their tech staff immediately. Their tech department was competent and professional. Best tech support one can receive anywhere. The hotel even called me to follow up afterwards to ensure the issue was resolved.

I had a very bad experience. The hotel have a very bad service of vallet parking and you pay 70 dollars a day for a terrible service. As soon as tou arrive, they do not pick your bags. And when I checked out the car took more than 1 hour to come to the front desk of the hotel. And I had sent a text message for them 30 minutes before that I was going to leave as they requested. Really a terrible service and the front desk did not do anything to help,, saying that the valley was from another company.

Fantastic hotel. Spotless, and the room seemed newly renovated. Bright, spacious, and quiet. Staff were both efficient and, if not friendly, quite helpful. I made a mistake when booking my stay and they accommodated the needed change without complaint. The room was modern, fully equipped if you need kitchen amenities, with a large bathroom. This may be the only urban hotel I’ve stayed in that I would make a point to return to. Excellent on all dimensions!

Such a great location! Staff was amazing and there was a free happy hour in the evening. Breakfast was free and very nice. Yes, I had to pay to park but I just pulled up and the nice valet parked my car. Would definitely stay here again

We appreciated the extra security in the elevators- needed a key card before choosing your floor. The rooms were spacious, bed & pillows were comfortable, bathroom roomy & clean. The staff was very helpful & courteous answering our questions. Very good experience overall. Would definitely stay here again.

they would not accept the reservation because my daughter was not 21. It did not indicate that anywhere on the site. They then canceled the reservation even though my niece came who is 25 and I change the reservation under her name. They made us use a credit card. I couldn’t use my Hotels.com points and it was a very aggravating situation.

The staff were very friendly and prompt. I had a couple of issues with supplies for the room and he agreed-upon day housekeeping would tidy up the room. However, these issues were resolved once I made a phone call to the front desk. Some parts of the kitchen were not completely clean, but overall, it was a good experience.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one stands out as one of the classist! Everyone was so helpful , friendly. From beginning to end. Valet parking staff was excellent. Front desk was lovely. There was also an afternoon bonus of complimentary Bread , Cheese , Wine and beer. Can’t wait to stay here again. I highly recommend. Wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️
