Forza has the best shower out of the 7 hotels we stayed at during this vacation. :) Great location with many food options. Short distance to Sapporo station and Sapporo tower. The only request is that it needs some chairs and a table in the room. We stayed in a 3 beds room with two kids, there was not enough space to sit and have a snack or drink inside the room.

I booked a room with triple beds, and the beds can be pushed together. They are firm and wide, and we all had a great sleep. The walk to Sapporo Station is just a few minutes; however, the walk to the parking lot (Vegas Vegas) is a bit far and expensive (¥2000 for overnight parking). The coffee machine was great, and we liked the drink. The wine machine was free with a token per person per day, but it was not great. Overall I like the hotel. It’s new and convenient. I would recommend staying here.

Located within 5 mins walk to Sapporo main train station. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping mall. The room is very clean and modern design.

The staff in all departments was friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help. They made every effort to understand questions and communicate back. The breakfast staff made sure tables were clean and food replenished. Rooms are very small but the cleanliness and well maintained rooms was more important. Location was walkable to catch train and shopping. The only negative thing was that at times there was a long wait for the elevator.

Hotel was within 5mins walking from Sapporo subway line. Convenient and clean rooms. Stayed in a family room with triple beds for 8 nights. Toilet is big as compared to tokyo hotels. However, 2 cons. 1. Can hear my neighbour closing and opening theirs doors 2. Water drainage sounds quite loud especially at night. Not sure sound came from where but was certain not from my room. Could not sleep well for 1st few nights but got used to it after that.

Very clean, great location near Sapporo station with lots of dining and shopping options around. Staff were not unfriendly but not friendly either. This seemed to be only towards foreigners so it seemed like a possible language barrier. Comfortable beds. The shower was a bit funny with lots of taps and knobs but it was fun to play with and had great water pressure.

Everything is good expect for the bed bug. Honestly I am unsure coz I thought it was a mosquito, however when I was bitten I was inside my quilt. Also the other two guests were not affected. I got 6 bites over the two nights when I covered myself with the quilt, too itchy and swollen and I scratch it to bleeding. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Nice hotel in a great location, very close to Sapporo Station. The room was comfortable and a good size, with solid Wi-Fi included. One note, they do not clean the room every day, only when you request it. Otherwise, they only take out the trash and change the towels. They do note this in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful!

We like the location, it’s very convenience. The staff are friendly. The room is clean but it’s very tiny, no table, no closet, no drawers, we had to put our stuff on the floor in the hallway. It’s was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. We definitely would not come back to this hotel. Sincerely, Thanks

Room is a bit small but seems to be the norm as other hotels has similar size room. This hotel is 2-3 blocks from Sapporro station and walkable to the city loop train stops and susukino area. A 7-11 store is at end of block for a late night snack.

This hotel has been amazing for the amount that we paid. The facilities are very new and modern and hassle free. Everything was functional and the shower room was exceptional. It is walking distance to Sapporo JR and surrounded by many dining options. Hotel also offers 1 glass of free wine for every adult guest.

Perfect location, across TOKYU shopping center! The Sapporo subway/JR station is just a 6 min walk. Have English and Chinese speaking staff.

As a U.S. citizen and non-Japanese speaker, it was difficult to fully communicate with the desk staff in spite of the hotel advertizing as having English speakers. Thank goodness for Google translate! My room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The location is also excellent: just steps away from access to the Sapporo subway system; a short walk to Odori Park and a very short walk to a massive mall.
