They require so much personal information upon checkin. Drivers license front and back. Mine was scratched so I downloaded what I could. Decided to go straight to hotel. Waited out front for over 3 hours and no front desk staff.

Phantastic place to be found as a savior when Milton locked us out from our stay in Cape Coral. Perfect organization also parking possibilities in the same building. One bed was a bit worn out and shower had slow water pressure could be the only small negative points. Overall very good

There is a gentleman there who helped me transition from 402 to 511 he was a very nice guy because I made a couple mistakes checking in. I forgot to do a couple things to make his job easier and he had to come back like three times all my fault and he was very patient and nice but I forgot to get his name.

This place is right above Trader Joe and few minutes walk to Lincoln Rd Mall. It is a reasonable place. However, this is like an Airbnb place. There is no front desk for check in or asking any questions. Everything is through their own app. This is good during Covid. For now, I feel like this is losing some personal touch. We requested some extra detergent and wash cloth on the first night and we got it right away the next day, which was good. We missed the window (2 or 3 days before check-in) to request the early check in, and there is no flexibility of changing that as there is no front desk. Their check-in time is at 4pm which is late. Maybe this place is closed to a fire hall, we can hear fire truck siren every night couple of times (stayed for 5 nights). If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be a good options.

Our "junior" 1 BR condo-type apartment was very spacious with tall ceilings (12 ft?) and all-white decor. It was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, and the environment was pretty quiet despite the location on a busy street. Everything worked, including manouvering the floor-to-ceiling blinds on the tall windows. The washer and dryer would have been useful if there had been a small supply of laundry detergent. (This was the only glitch). One other comment regarding decor: the all-white apartment, with only one picture in the entire place, struck us as rather sterile, given the flamboyant art deco genre of South Beach, but perhaps that is the Sonder trademark.

Great location, easy access and contactless access usage of apartment makes it convenient for a couple of days stay at Miami Beach. Only thing taking from stay, at pool area other guests seemed to let their dog (no pets allowed in hotel policy?) to do their business on pool area. Not a nice view when enjoying pool time with kids.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious - I was honestly surprised at how nice it was (the photos do not do it justice). Very nice area, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and main areas. Loved how easy the mobile check-in was as well. My only gripe, and this is with a lot of places, is the cleaning, but it seems as though this has become the norm for apartment style vacation rentals.

This two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit is great for a couples trip or a family that wants room to spread out. The property is in a great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and a grocer next door. Inside, it’s clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are separated by a large living area. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and you’ll feel like royalty in the luxurious master bath wet room. The mattress was a little firm for me, but much to my surprise , I slept like a baby. Of course, it’s the city so the expansive views come with city noise at night, but its part of the charm.

When I visit Miami again I will be staying here and I want the same room. SPACIOUS, 3 br 3.5 bath with patio and pool access. Huge bedrooms with walk-in closets and personal bathrooms. Loved the connected parking garage and easy access to Trader Joe's and other restaurants at ground level within 1-2 blocks. Clean, quiet, and spacious.

-upon arrival room door code would not open, needed to call and spend 20 minutes on the phone to get in the suite. -the air conditioning was turned up to 80 degrees and took hours to get cooled to 72 degrees. -had the call for bathroom hand towels. -the windows didn't keep the sound from the traffic from the streets out. -the hallway carpet was dirty and needs a good cleaning. -the rest of the unit was good. -everything else worked and the kitchen was nice to have. -more recycle information needed, so that we can be more environmentally conscious.
