I was absolutely exhausted driving in from California. The front desk was so so accommodating and lovely. They set me up in a beautiful room and my stay was so wonderful thank you.

Great location to the Riverwalk! Such a nice welcome once we arrived by the Valets and the registration desk. Offered waters and or a local brewed beer. What a nice touch! Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on site and it was great. Loved the bar atmosphere. The showers were beautiful and clean. Comfy beds. We were able to walk to the Alamodome for a concert that night. Great stay and we will definitely return!

Amazing hotel... everything about this place is great. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. You absolutely can't beat the location. The outdoor terrace overlooking the river is so relaxing. The restaurant next to the river is one of the best in the city.

Room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the 3rd floor bar, and had a wonderful breakfast at their river walk restaurant. Service level from everyone we encountered was very professional. If you’re there on the weekend and would like to eat dinner there, you will need to make reservations in advance. We also parked a block away for less expensive parking.

We arrived early and we accommodated. Very friendly. Great staff. There is no parking at this hotel. You are told they have Valet but do not tell you there is a lot two blocks down the street for 10.00 a day, but they charge you 58. 00 a day. Transparency would have been appreciated. Otherwise we had a very nice stay

Went for a surprise bday trip for my S/O. The staff did amazing with helping me set up decorations. They were very attentive and very friendly. Definitely helped ease my stress big time. The room we got was beautiful, bed was really comfy, and the view was awesome. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Valet was awesome but my floor had no ice available. There were also bugs in the restroom that showed up the next morning.. completely unexpected for a 4.5 star hotel.. I will not be returning

Hotel was in a nice location. Room was great. Only issue was that the toilet seat wasn’t clean/sanitized , with p*ss stains in the toilet seat.

Enjoyed our stay at Canopy Riverwalk. Convenient for Riverwalk strolling. Bar and restaurant top notch. Quiet and comfortable night’s sleep. Would return.

Property is beautiful. Right on the river. Domingo restaurant is great. Service great. Only bad thing is city needs to clean up the homeless issue. The streets reek of urine and some of the homeless seem mentally ill and will try to talk or yell at people on the street. Not safe for women.

The ice machine on the 12th Flr would not produce ice. Don't let them talk you into a room with a view of the Riverwalk be cause you can't see it. There are too many trees. Save your money.

A nice hotel by the river walk. Excellent costomer service at check-in. I was offered drinks, like water, beer, and apple juice for my little ones. They even got some gummies. Room was super clean, restroom clean. Nothing bad to say about the place. The only time I did not like it was when I went to the restaurant and my waiter Ariel was not as nice, we only ordered coffee but just the way he served us was very rude, even when I askes to bring more creamer for the coffee he literally told me I still had some on my table. We were a group of 4 and coffee was strong so I wanted more creamer. Coffee was not even HOT just warm and the adding creamer it got cold. That was the only thing I did not like. But the Hotel stay was perfect!

The staff was great. Had only valet parking but expensive. Had only concrete floors in the room which I thought was weird. Hotel was right by the River Walk which was why we chose it. That was an experience. Hotel restaurant menu did not offer many selections so we didn’t eat there even for breakfast which was inconvenient.

The hotel does not have a pool. For the price we paid, it would have been nice. Our room didn’t get clean after our first night stay. I had to call front desk to send us fresh towels. I wished the hotel bar could have been opened later. They closed at 10pm. The valet service and front desk staff were great!

Staff were professional and went above and beyond. I called ahead about a late check-in due to flight delays, and I was greeted warmly by Ed and others. The room itself was modern and clean. My only complaint is that there were a lot of noises from the building that made it hard for me to sleep. I don't know what the noise was, exactly. Maybe HVAC, if I had to guess. Also, the windows did not provide good noise isolation from the outside.

Checked in and it all seemed great. Took a shower and a roach crawled out from behind the handle. They moved me rooms close to midnight. I added a night and was told they were connected. Came back to my room to a locked door. No one mentioned I needed to go down and get new keys. When I got my new keys close to 4pm… came back and our room had yet to be cleaned. Loved the location and the room was decent but would not stay here again. Too many other options. No offer of compensation of any sort.

Love this place .... perfect location , staff are friendly and helpful! I just wish they had a pool , that could have been the icing on top of the cake! But it was a Great 4 days stay and we will surely stay in this hotel when we get a chance to come back again!
