The town of Selcuk in general, and the Livia Garden Hotel in particular, have been the nice surprise of our trip. The hotel was expertly integrated into the town environment and both our friends and ourselves we loved the surroundings and the easy walk to the town center. Erdem, the hotel Manager, was simply amazing. Thank you, Erdem, for all your efforts, friendliness and efficiency. When, in the future, we consider another trip to the region, the Livia Garden Hotel, and Selcuk, will definitely be our first choice.

We stayed at a lot of lovely properties with nice hosts throughout Turkey but nothing can compare to the Livia Garden Hotel. The host was AMAZING. He was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself was beautiful. Modern facilities with old world charm, a nice pool, wonderful breakfasts and very comfortable beds. This was by far, our favorite place to stay!

The staff are AMAZING. We were traveling with our baby and upon arrival the room was all set up, even the crib! After a long day of traveling, this hotel was such a breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend, especially if traveling with kids. We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

The Livia Garden is a lovely boutique hotel and Arden is a wonderful host providing ideas and support for your travel needs. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast for one night as we headed to Ephesus early the next morning. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. The street adjacent at night has a good welcoming vibe for coffee/drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is the second time I stayed here. Once for business and this time for a 5 day vacation. The manager Erdm was so very welcoming and helpful. In fact all the staff were exceptional. The breakfasts were a wonderful way to greet each morning before our day trips. We will be back!!

Wonderful boutique property in the historic Ephesus area. The small hotel is set back on a quiet side street enclosed behind a wall and has a beautiful garden / landscaped area, swimming pool and small restaurant that also serves snacks and drinks. The owner/managers are very helpful and clearly love the property and area. The rooms are nice and uniquely decorated. The property feels very serene. We walked a couple of doors down to Sofas which was an amazing restaurant that seemed to be visited by locals as well. There were a couple of other restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast at the hotel was AMAZING!! Give yourself enough time to enjoy it!!! A family prepares an incredible Turkish breakfast with eggs made to order. I would recommend booking your tour through the hotel as they know the local guides. I wish we could have stayed longer at this gem!!

The breakfast was beautiful and delicious. Er loved this stay. What a cute find. We are so glad we did not do Ephesus with crowds. The only way to do that is stay in Selcuk and you can do no better than Livia Garden Hotel.

Erdem and the staff were so welcoming, hospitable and caring. All of our needs were met with graciousness. The room and grounds were perfectly maintained. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would recommend Livia Hotel to friends and family. We hope to return someday.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Livia garden hotel. The staff is absolutely kind and helpful. The rooms are new, clean, and tasteful. The breakfast is excellent. The location is close to the main bus station which gave us easy access with walkable distance to several historical sites as well as public transportation to Ephesus and villages and cities nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic place to stay in Selcuk. It’s only a couple of years old so everything is in good condition and well maintained, with the charm of an authentic boutique hotel. Super friendly staff and owner who greeted us warmly after our long drive. We stayed two nights and enjoyed a lovely breakfast both days. Highlight for us was the mandarins we enjoyed from their trees.

Everyone was very accommodating. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet and within walking distance of several sites and dining options. As we have found during our travels in Turkey, the area around the hotel is shabby but it did feel safe. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of items to choose from. If you are looking for a good tour (I would highly recommend getting a tour as there are a lot of things to see) Find Mehmet at NO FRILLS EPHESUS TOURS. WWW.EPHESUS.CO It's not cheap but a great tour with good information and they will not take you to carpet and fur salesmen. We only a had one full day to take in Ephesus so did his full day tour and did it all (9-5pm)

Room and facility was exactly what was expected and seen in the photos. The pool was great. Unfortunately there was a dog that barked most of the night so we didn’t sleep great but that isn’t the fault of the hotel. Super quick walk to the beach and a short drive into old town.

quiet neighbor with many cute courtyard hotels and restaurants nearby. close to town. walkable to Basilica of St. John. Very attentive and friendly staff. there is a little bar and a swimming pool on site. nice place to chill after a day at Ephesus.

Exceptional boutique hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. As seasoned long time travellers it is rare to be able to say that not one thing could be faulted on! The pool and covered outside bar were beautiful and the breakfast was extensive and brought to your table, not buffet😍. Absolutely fantastic!

Nice boutique hotel. Rooms are very nice. Bathroom is small. But it has everything. Walking distance to town, St. John’s basilica and good restaurants. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was very good. We were there only for one night. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to go to Ephesus and Mary’s house and also arranged a van to take us to the Izmir airport. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel.
