We stayed there on Monday night on our way up to Canada. ( We also stayed there last year. We liked it OK last year, having requested an accessible room last year. Ended up with a tub and I have mobility issues so the tub is scary to get in and out.) This year I requested a walk-in shower. Game changer!!! The room we got was very clean ( I always check everything out with my little black light, especially bathrooms). The bed was so comfortable. So now it is Wednesday night and I called them to reserve that same room for Thursday night and we were able to get it!! We were thrilled. My black light found one decent size spot on the carpet near the AC. We had that comfy bed, and the very nice shower. The toilet was the comfort height rather than the short "standard" height. Breakfast was quite good. It had some of the same stuff that we had on Tuesday morning from our first stay, but it had several different dishes this time too. That makes me think they change the menu maybe everyday? The location is just a few blocks from the freeway, so easy access. People at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy, but a few more handicapped parking spaces would be useful for some guests. They even have 2 parking spots to charge electric cars overnight. ( I think those used to be handicapped spots) We were comparing it to the place we stayed in during our Canada stay, and decided this is definitely a 5 star hotel in our eyes. We will be back.

A year ago we stayed there and asked for a handicap accessible room. It had a bathtub and I could not get air out of it. I bring a black light flashlight with me in the bathroom was dirty and I went down and asked for cleaning supplies to clean up myself which I did. This year, I asked for a walk-in shower.That bathroom was sparkling clean when we got there and the bed was so comfortable and the whole room was clean. My black light could not find anything wrong with the place and everybody was very friendly. The breakfast there was on the better side of the free breakfast that places offer. We didn’t use any of the pool or exercise facilities because we were there for just one quick night but we will definitely plan to stay there again and maybe ask for that room number because it was the perfect hotel room and I was impressed with how clean it was . The walk-in shower was clean. It had decent water pressure. But no handheld shower head. I prefer the hand held shower heads. Five stars!!!!

There was train noise but it wasn’t terrible. The food was “ok” (IHG breakfast is better). Was just a quick pass through, so we didn’t use any facilities. I was the cheapest (not cheap) safe option and was exactly that. Check in guy was the nicest hotel person we’ve had in a very long time.

This is a pretty new property, we really liked it and would definitely stay again. Clean, nice breakfast and nice rooms and lobby. Pay a little bit extra and stay here! Most other places we looked at were older and dated. Not this one! Friendly staff

Staff was nice and friendly, place was safe and clean. we stayed 6 days breakfast was good but basically same breakfast everyday. Need to change it up a little.

Everything was perfect, very friendly staff, clean and tasteful furnishings. We are a family with 2 kids and liked the hotel very much.

It was a very nice room but it would have been nice to have a table to sit at to eat or when I needed to write. The “desk” area was too small. Also could have used more drawer space and hangers. Maid service never replaced the plastic bag for the ice bucket.

I don't like they are not clean up the room everyday, they said this is hotel policy but front desk didn't told me when l check in , the breakfast is bad , all the food is cold to warm , l will be never come back anymore

Check-in was quick and the workers were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Nice room comfy bed

Our room was clean and spacious for the three of us. We had fresh towels and checking in and out was a breeze. The breakfast was good and the place was close to all of our destination. We will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall. Close to the railroad tracks, so there is some noise from the trains. Nice big parking lot. We stayed 3 nights, but what we found odd was housekeeping accessed our room every day to "tidy" the towels in the bathroom, but never made our bed. Why come into the room in the first place.

Seemed like there was a need for more staff. Breakfast opened late one day. Staff not super friendly or helpful. Building was new and modern. Bathroom near elevator not particularly clean.

Rundown property

Great stay at La Quinta. The area around is nothing special, but the hotel itself is nice, convenient, quiet. Staff very polite and helpful. Among the benefits are free parking, breakfast included and a 5 min ride to the Premium Outlets.

Everything great of our stayed and hotel is very clean and comfortable and will come back next time and just 3 minutes away from premium outlets Seattle

Staff were very helpful

The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful. He smiled and was a delight. There was a young lady who was worked the over night shift he was very helpful as well. I was extremely disappointed when I checked out. I asked for a receipt and was told i couldn’t get one from the hotel because I booked through a 3rd party. After about 3 hrs, I never got a receipt from the 3rd party. I have booked through 3rd party sites and never been told that the hotel couldn’t give me a receipt . I always get one on site. So I called back in and the young lady who answered was rude and I had to basically beg her for my receipt. I then got a response of “I guess I could download and email it to you”
