Spacious rooms and delicious breakfast!

Very new and clean property. Ample parking and across the street from the main drag downtown where the restaurant and bars are. Rooms are very large and have everything.

Great location. Heard music from a nearby bar the first night but not too bad. Easy walk to the historic prison, historic downtown and paths along the river. Seems like a local (homeless?) guy hacks into the hotels network each evening - he was outside the front entrance each evening. Be careful with sites you use.

It was nice to have such a clean property. I didn't eat their breakfast but it looked like a average hotel breakfast. I was so disappointed in the lack of hot water for my shower at 8am. The water never got hot. I was on the first floor. Downtown is at the end of the parking lot very convenient. Plenty of parking and scooters to rent? or lend? looked like family fun.

A real Home from Home. Superb condidtion, everything worked well. Room was as described, and quite large. Great laundry facility too!

The hotel is new and offers everything you need at a convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.

A newer hotel. Overall, a great stay. The only issue was the shower gel and shampoo were out and they couldn’t refill it til the following day when housekeeping came in at 9:00 AM. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is a little small. I was told breakfast was until 10:30, it ended at 10.

Upon arrival I noticed the gym was full of children playing on gym equipment playing with hand weights running on the treadmill. Not one adult in site. When I went to register there was a group of adults I’m assuming we’re the parents of the roaming children. Other than the non supervised children the place was great. Super clean rooms are very spacious. Beds could have been more comfy. * side note to parents who cannot control your children it’s not the hotel place to be your daycare. Grow up.

Perfect room for my family!

It was super close to downtown Yuma so we could leave the car and walk to restaurants and shops. The room was very nice and well setup for an extended stay. No complaints at all!

I stayed here overnight for a single day assignment at YRMC. It was extremely clean, comfortable and seemed brand new. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with basics needed to prepare basic meals, including a good sized fridge. Breakfast was offered and seemed to have a number of choices, including items to go. If my travela bring me back to Yuma, I will definitely plan to stay here again, especially for a longer than overnight trip.

Even though this is a brand new building, something smells in this Hotel. There's a sewage smell in elevators and hallways, even with face covering you can really notice it. Also, the A.C. units make constant high noise. Even when turned OFF they constantly sound as if operating which makes sleeping uncomfortable.

We have stayed at home2suites in other states and had wonderful stays. This one the AC / heater everytime it kicked on, sounded like a train going through the room. I stayed there to rest up for a test the next day and got almost no sleep.

Great front desk service. This hotel opened in December 2020 so iit’s very new. The staff is still learning so be patient. The room was exceptionally clean. We did our usual Covid-19 wipe down and found no dirt or dust. Bathroom had a cool tilted toilet seat for easy access as well a smooth dismount! Bed was one of the comfiest I had ever slept in. Huge TV and very nice kitchen amenities. Very quiet microwave. Free to rent cooktops for cooking but unfortunately they had all bee in use by the time we arrived. Nice heating/cooling system. One of the best to-go breakfasts I’ve ever had since Covid-19. It consisted of a freshly made (not previously frozen) breakfast burrito with egg, potato, mushrooms etc. it was delicious. The breakfast bag also included a juice, hard boiled eggs, nutrigrain bar, muffin, an orange and salsa for the burrito. This was an excellent hotel stay! Negatives: The shower doors didn’t close well so be prepared for a flood (rm 115) and the blackout drapes didn’t go all the way down so light from the outside came rushing in. I blocked it with various items. Great hotel!

Hotel and room are Not worth the price. The hotel isn’t finished and the sower in the room leaked water which puddled all the way to the kitchen. And despite saying the room had a full kitchen it didn’t even have a stove top but a note says you can order one from room service at no charge. Having said all that, if you’re look to spend some time eating and drinking in the downtown this is a fantastic walkable location.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. I can be a bit of a germ freak but I felt totally comfortable here.
