Shower wouldn’t drain. I was given the wrong room. Stayed for 1 night and left. Still got charged. The shower situation was dangerous thought I would slip and fall. Expedia or the hotel did not help

I was book it and pay for the room, but them giving my room to someone else.

So they didnt have a fridge or a microwave, no shower curtains and the shower had a very bad stream. Also they made me change rooms after a few days. i will not be staying here ever again.

La limpieza muy pobre.camas sucias yel baño muy pequeño, incomodo,mala precion de agua en la rregadera y se estancaba el agua en el piso baños muy incomodo y sucio

Daniel and his staff were amazing. He gave the most information of any hotel I ever stayed at. The place is immaculate, well located, but you need a car to get around Cozumel. I highly recommend this budget price hotel!

The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are large and clean, and all of that made my stay 5/5. Excellent!
