Not at all happy with two different members of breakfast staff. Petting dogs and then carrying on with their duties. No hand sanitizers used. We were there two mornings, witnessed this each morning. One of the ladies even brought a dish of food for a dog before petting it. I find this totally unhygienic. We stay at your hotel many times a year. Have always enjoyed our stays with you. But this may make us reconsider.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and provides everything you need for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a cosy bed and a nice workspace. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection, with fresh and tasty options. The location is convenient, especially if you plan to visit Bicester Village, which is nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. The only minor downside was the charge for parking, which was a bit surprising given the location and the number of available spaces. Aside from that, I had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend this place for its great value and comfortable accommodations!

A fantastic stay in this contemporary hotel. Warm welcome on arrival, spotless room - modern and comfortable, super buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Accessible parking and very convenient for motorway and A34. Highly recommend 10/10

Nice modern hotel. Room size was too small for a family of 4. Not enough space to walk from bed to bathroom. Lots of new building teething problems. Snagging not done properly. Eg bathroom door catching on floor tiles & not shutting. Bad smell in bathroom. Staff seemed to be aware of issues. Breakfast was good

Nice hotel, lovely helpful staff and an ok breakfast. The air conditioning never works and the dinner menu is now very limited ... no salads??? Comfortable bed, good shower, so would recommend!

First time staying at the Holiday Inn, Bicester. Plenty of parking for a discounted rate of 5 per night, which is not bad really. The finish of this hotel is very modern extremely clean. Customer service on check-inn was very good, even asked if there was any special measures they needed to know in the event of a fire. The rooms are lovely! Clean again! Great spot for a night or two. Will definitely stay here again!

Ac not working, traffic noise bad so vouldn't open window. We asked to be moved to another room next day, they did but couldn't guarantee the ac would work. It did and we slept tge second night. Breakfast good, staff nice. Management needs to fix ac in all rooms, bad business for Holiday Inn franchise.

Great long weekend stay…. What excelled most was the amazing customer service provided by staff, special mention to Ausie at the reception, Emma at the restaurant and Nora at reception. These three were brilliant and made us feel valued as guests.

The breakfast is very good and staff replenish the food pretty quickly. Coffee was good too. Hotel room is generally pretty clean except a couple of stains on the carpet. Car park isn't free which I think should be free for paying hotel customers. There isn't air conditioning in the room so it would be very hot if the weather is very warm otherwise a fan is provided in the room. The welcoming staff at the desk wasn't as attentive as I would expect because we were waiting for quite a while & no one had acknowledged our arrival & some other staff who were near the desk faffing also didn't acknowledge us. Apart from that, the other staff members were friendly & helpful.

Everything was great from the minute we arrived. We stayed for 4 nights, breakfast was great every morning and had a great selection especially for a holiday inn express. The hotel room itself was clean and exactly what we needed. Not a single complaint from either of us

The property is in great location. Cleanliness and staff cannot be faulted, yet the hotel is a bit dated and in need of better maintenence e.g. air conditioning leaking, shower hose needs replacing, etc.

Amazing frontdesk staff Michael who helped us settled with my room in a breeze. Parking with discount was easy as the payment machine was indoor and facing the frontdesk. As my room lacked a TV remote comtrol, he found one for us too.

The check in boy was very courteous. He helped us with our luggage, parking ticket and was a smily person. But they gave us Handicapped rooms. The bathroom are meant for patients, wash basin is too small, wash basin spells water out. The room is very basic. A two star room. Does not have anything of 4 star standard. The air-conditioning does not work.

I was surprised that when I gave the staff my reservation for 2 rooms for 4 people at check in, the staff couldn't find the second room I booked. I guess This staff really needs some basic training.
