I paid $371 for a week which was a positive. Negatives/questionables - Not clean - stains all over sofa, dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers upon arrival - You have to pay $10 each day you want cleaning service no matter how long you stay - No soap, but 2 semi used shampoos in shower - Oven didn’t light without a lighter - Safe didn’t work due to dead batteries which they replaced, but never brought a cover for the battery compartment which when closed was necessary to keep the batteries from falling out when closed. - Hodgepodge of kitchen utensils and supplies - inconsistent number of bowels, plates, glasses - Lax enforcement of published pool rules regarding glass and loud Music - I was initially only provided 1 towel, but was given more upon request. - Multiple buildings with some old and mixed in with the renovated ones - They did bring a sponge and dish soap when I requested them so I could clean my dishes. - You are expected to take out your own trash to the corner. - Water pressure low - Outside noises seemingly radiate into the building. - If you lose the keys you have to pay a locksmith to change the locks and provide extra keys - Many of the staff and seemingly their families live on site which is good and bad. #1: Did not like that I had to walk to the side of the road in order to smoke, especially during the night. #2: The pool temperature was awesome. It was warm and the pool size is perfect. The only problem was that there were adults being loud and drinking alcohol in the pool. There for, I did not allow my kids to swim in that environment when that was taking place. #3:The outside needs maintenance. It's looked abandoned. #4:The owner was very friendly and helpful when we locked our keys inside. Very nice guy. #5: I do like that they have a parking lot inside and the entrance gate is supervised.

This property is located in a really great area, with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A short walk to the beach and supermarkets. The property and service is basic, but if you're a self-sufficient, no-fuss holiday-maker it will be to your liking :)

In need ot a face lift, ample rooms, nice pool, but nothing much else. Off the the beaten path, good half mile walk to food and other shops. Lower your expectation and enjoy the savings.

pool area and grounds. No insects in suite. NO housekeeping provided. Suite never cleaned in the 3 weeks I was there. Beds never made. Sheets never changed. Had to take used towels to housekeeping quarters to exchange for clean towels . "Suite" suggests dish cloths and dish towels would be provided-none offered. Loud "explosions" nightly near compound. No idea what the source was, but no followup sirens.

The unit was comfortable and clean and a great location for dining. Only complaint is there is no elevator and we are in our late 60’s so getting all our luggage up and down stairs was a challenge. Otherwise, it was a good place for the price.

The location was great, and easy to get around. The complex is getting renovated and we got a room that should not have been rented out. The manager was very helpful and did his best to fix things up. We had a two-bedroom condo. No instructions how how to use things. lights were confusing at first, no bulbs in the nightstands, one coffee mug only, the couch was stained, and broken lights. just small things added up. Ran out of water a few times. The pool area was nice, don't use the washrooms by the pool, as they were awful.

I was supposed to get king size bed but I got there the manager said that they don’t handle king size beds that Expedia has the wrong information! They only have full size beds.

I needed an air con place to heal from surgery and it was perfect and very affordable. I had a two bedroom apt and had everything I needed to cook with a full size fridge. Even a blended to make fresh juices from small local fruit and veg shops 5 min walk away which is great when recovering from surgery. Uber eats deliver there too. Its a 10 min uber to Romantic zone and beaches if you need some action. They have a great pool too. Some nice little rest and cafes near by too. Its the cheaper part of PV with local prices so if you want a two bedroom apt thats half the price of the Romanic zone its great.

Fooled by pretty pictures . First day put into a. Holding room no tv no lights basically a horrible dark room pool had diapers floating . No house keeping no laundry despite the machine in the hotel room. Lots of promises from staff but no follow through . Expedia also failed us .. would stay clear of this property and know your Expedia rights !!

This place is a disaster. From the start the lights didn’t work. The sink was broken.. we have talked about it with the people from the place but they ignored me. It was honestly awful. The place isn’t pretty at sight. It smelled like urine and fish. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IGNORED WITH NO HOSPITALITY.

Nice little 2 bedroom apartment. Great neighborhood, lots of nearby restaurants. We stayed here as our place was being finished. We will recommend it to family when they come to visit and we don’t have enough room.

Zen Harmony is a lovely complex. Heated pool, simple, tasteful furniture, easy walk to bus, restaurants, etc. It should be noted that it is geared for long-term stays ( over a month). If you are going for just a few days, you will need to be aware that cleaning services and some kitchen amenities are not provided here. You will have to stay in contact with management for your needs. I, personally, did not find the office lady very helpful or friendly.

The place is good value but the NOISE! Construction everywhere so we were unable to enjoy being in our suite. Too bad for the hotel as it is not their fault but made it very unpleasant. No balcony in our suite which meant we had to go to the pool if we wanted to go outside. Everything is run down. Pool area was nice ad generally spacious and comfortable

Clean, comfortable, quiet suite (2 bedrooms, bathroom living area and full kitchen) at a very good price. Jorge and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Located in the bustling Zona Romantica, there is a variety of restaurants nearby (Mykonos on Francia – upstairs, NOT the street-level place next door -- is a favorite of ours).

I really like the Versailles neighborhood. Walking around and discovering the the next little shop. Zhsuites were very nice. I will say it would have been nice to have a bit of oven ware or quality frying pan. But thats really all i found lacking. The apt was a nice size and worked well for me.

Apartments are nicely done. For the rate it was excellent. Only complaint was there was a full kitchen but no tea towels, wash cloths or dish soap. I did not ask as it was not that important to me as I ate out

We thought it was a hotel and it turns out it was like an apartment with very old furniture and we got there at 12:30pm at night the taxi driver took us it was peach black with no one to greet us and a fence I was Soo tired so we stay
