It was great except they ran us for 100$ more on the credit card for incidentals then they said they would. Then they kept it. When we called and asked why they said because Expedia didn’t pay them. We used hotels.com so it was really weird. Still waiting for our money back.

The rooms are mini apartments, all eco-friendly with a small kitchen stacked with dishes, pots and what you need to cook your own meals. The free breakfast each morning includes a live chef freshly cooking your hot breakfast. In addition there are several other breakfast choices in various stations around the room. And they had almond butter and nutella as 2 of the spread choices...never seen that!! The bed was lucious and there 2 TVs (one in LR and one in BR. Now the bad news - the front desk staff, are a little less than sharp in the customer service, knowing how to properly navigate their jobs. My room was fully paid for and when I arrived, for no reason, took another $150 out of my account. They couldn't explain why - not even the manager on duty. I was budgeted this trim and had put that money aside to pay for uber rides, but suddenly it was swiped away, without authorization from me. There is no record that they took it and that I would get it back, so I filed a dispute with my bank who will refund the money if the hotel doesn't release it back. If it weren't for the incompetency at the front desk, my rating would be 5 stars...Watch your credit card and funds deducted with these folks!

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The shower pressure, unfortunately, was very low. I did address this with the front desk and the gentleman seemed a bit off put. I offered to show him a video of it, which he declined and said it wasn’t necessary. However, he is have maintenance come up and work on it, but afterwards it was still less than ideal. Despite this hiccup, the hotel was excellent and worked out very well for our needs.

We stayed here after a concert at Knuckleheads. The property looks new, staff is friendly and professional. The decor is fresh. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well. Easy and free parking, quick drive to our activity. Two things we didn’t like: sound from neighboring rooms is not muffled, there were lots of families visiting and those young children wake up easy and are LOUD. Lobby area had a very intense air freshener. I get migraines from some fragrances, and this was one of those. The smell is pleasant, but just too intense.

We love this hotel! We’ve stayed here twice now and the staff is always very helpful and nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We bring our dogs and they give us treat bags for them. The complimentary made to order breakfast and evening happy hour are great too. We will definitely stay here again!

Walls are paper thin. 3 men in room next to ours woke us up talking and laughing, sounded like they were in our room at 2 a.m. someone above us sounded like they threw a chair on the floor at 3 a.m woke up to what sounded like gunshots at 3:30 a.m. daughters room AC didnt work. Finally moved her to different room at midnight and would not give discount for inconvenience. Also pool was not in service. Would not stay again.

Very new hotel! Stayed here visiting Worlds of Fun, close to both the amusement park and downtown KC, right in between, 10-15 minute drive to each. Room was spotless, sink and minifridge, large shower. Breakfast was outstanding, made to order eggs, the chocolate muffins were yummy! A bit noisy, like many hotels nearby it's near the highway, but not too bad I still slept well. Not walkable, but QuikTrip gas station right down the road, multiple food options within a mile.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They had a free happy hour upon our arrival. They offer a great free breakfast with good healthier options and fresh made food!

From the moment we arrived service was amazing! Toby made sure we had everything we needed and was taken care of. The breakfast was cooked to order which was a unique experience! The bed was comfortable and hard to leave. lol Will definitely stay here again when in Kansas.

Everything was great except for yhe crappy tiny pool!! Niece was very disappointed and yes it sucked. Tiny and no features to it at all.... otherwise a great place to stay....

This hotel was great. The rooms and lobby were very clean and all requests were met with a friendly smile. The staff were very welcoming and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast bar was nice with a variety of options. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We were very pleased with our one night stay. Hotel was very clean, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Only thing I didn’t love was the noise. We could hear the people in neighboring rooms, hall etc like they were right inside our room.

We loved our stay at Element North Kansa City. After a long day at worlds of fun we were surprised, the room was more like a suite than a standard room. There were six of us and we all had comfortable beds. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was enough to satisfy all of us before getting on the road for home. Thank You for such nice accommodations. Loved how close it was to the park and restaurants as well.

The hotel is clean nice and convenient in location. North Kanas City location. We stayed last year and came back again and stayed due to the good experience. The staff are friendly the breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and we couldn’t hear other rooms sounds, very quiet. We will definitely stay again next year when we come back.

The property and staff were excellent. The problem I had was I had reserved and paid for two rooms on Expedia, but for some reason only one room was actually reserved at the hotel. Very frustrating that I had to be online with Expedia while they straightened it out with the hotel which made me late for a meeting. Not my error, so it should have been handled for me once I notified Expedia of the problem. They could have easily sent me an email or text to let me know the problem was resolved.

The staff were all very helpful and the facility is SUPER clean. I especially appreciated how eco-friendly it was. Also, I was traveling with a tea drinker who was impressed that not only was there tea available in the room but there were several flavors. So many places offer only coffee, this was a pleasant surprise.

I love how clean it is in every way and the beds pillows very restful. Room is quiet and dark to be able to sleep in. Me and my family enjoy our stay. This is like our 5th stay at the Element!! And of course staff is very friendly and cares about our stay.
