Stayed for a concert at the State Farm stadium. Pricey but able to walk across the street to stadium and avoid parking and traffic. Would totally do it again.

The hotel is cute, clean and in a great location. Juan, the desk man was welcoming and friendly. Walking distance to many eats and shopping. Great overnight stop from traveling.

Place is nice and clean but it’s so loud everywhere. I could hear my neighbors farts moans and snores. I could hear every step from the room above me and anytime the neighbors doors were opening i thought someone was breaking in because it sounds like it’s in your unit.

Everyone who worked there was very kind and efficient.
The room was pretty noisy with traffic noise at all hours.
I spilled some water on to the floor in the bathroom and wiped it up with a tissue. The dirt that came up was appalling.
While there, I had a zoom meeting. Within an hour following the meeting, my email was attacked with an email bombing scheme that delivered emails from hundreds of unknown venders. Within 12 hours of that, the credit card I used at the hotel hacked had over $2000.00 worth of fraudulent charges at three different locations were charged to my account. The fraud charges notification occurred after I left hotel andI was in flight, so wasn’t even aware until I landed at airport. Not only did I have to contact credit card company, but also had to contact the numerous companies to which credit card is automatically tied.
Will not be staying at hotel ever again.

Over priced ! The hotel is just next to the stadium. They are selling location. The breakfast was a joke. The room was dirty. The shower was nasty. Will not return

From the initial reservation to checkout, my stay was first rate all the way. Front desk employees were the best: friendly, helpful, professional.

We had a pleasant 4 night stay. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast available daily, loved there’s a coffee and tea station available 24/7, gym was nice, our room and hotel itself was always very clean.

Room was great. Bathroom was complete opposite. 2 used bars of soap were in shower (which is unusual because the bathroom only has liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner) dirty towel hanging in Bathroom. Hair on a clean towel. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and professional.

Alex in the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were exhausted from our trip and she was so energetic, it felt nice to feel welcomed.

Awesome place. Great location. We had a little glitch when we first got there. I had accidentally booked two rooms. I could not find my confirmation number. I called the hotel and they could not find my reservation, so I booked another room. The man at the front desk (sorry I do not remember his name) was able to cancel one of the bookings without any penalties or fees. Needless to say, service was awesome.

Nice, newer hotel with very compact rooms. No microwave in the rooms. Room darkening shade was great, as was the small nightlight in the bathroom.
Breakfast was a disappointment - super hard eggs and weird sausage - I've never seen breakfast yogurt come out of a machine??? They did have cereals, breads and juices plus a pancake maker. No fresh fruit? Coffee is available all the time.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was my first time at a Tru by Hilton hotel and I was genuinely surprised at how nice it was for the price I paid at the time. Extremely great customer service, clean room, and good amenities. Beautiful view of the State Farm Stadium, many shops within walking distance, many restaurants and food within walking distance. Tesla Superchargers nearby created convenience for myself. Overall just a great experience.

It’s a very minimalist hotel. Trendy. We liked it just fine. Nice staff. I was kind of bummed there were no cups in the room, and not much space (flat surfaces) to put my stuff

Bad news bad news

After a long day, I tried to check in to this hotel at 10pm. When I arrived I was told that my room had a mechanical issue and that I was being moved to another hotel. When I asked why I was not made aware of this before now, they apoligized. I had to go down the street to a Hampton inn to check into a room. For the two days I was there, I had to listen to the person above me late night and early morning sound like they were running on a treadmill. It was an awful experience. Will rethink Hilton for future stays.

I like how close it is to the freeway & the Glendale entertainment district. I was able to walk to different stores & restaurants during stay save me on gas
