Nice stay

Had a very good stay here. The best thing about the hotel is the hospitality of the staff. They are very accomodating to guests' requests.The rooms and bathrooms very neat and clean and daily housekeeping was also done well. Cleaned everything daily. The location of the hotel is one very good .

There was nothing to like about the hotel.

Hotel staff not being polite.The rooms I saw on booking.com was not same. Sofa who's actual colour was white had become black. Pillow and bedsheet was dirty.And when I asked to change the available staff misbehaved.

Filthy, old, rat infested, unwelcoming, inefficient.

Believe me there is nothing to like, if you are not a rat lover.

For the first time in my life I spent my night with rats. I was literally terrified to experience that. It is a filthy hotel. I would rather spend the night on the road.
