Been to the Blossom 4-5 times before and all were good. The extras like room service and hotel breakfast were expensive. This time when we arrived, was advised that valet parking is mandatory and costs ~$51. It also has a long wait time (not always) for the vehicle. Still a great hotel.

I BOOKED TWO KING BED ROOMS. I WAS A LITTLE CONFUSED ABOUT THE ROOMS WE GOT VERSUS THE ONE I THOUGHT I HAD BOOKED. I WAS EXPECTING A ROOM WITH A LIVING AREA AS PICTURED HERE ON THIS INQUIRY PAGE. THERE WAS NO SITTING AREA IN THE KING BED ROOM. THE WE ALSO HAD TO ACCEPT A ROOM WITH TWO QUEENS AS THEY DID NOT HAVE A KING BED ROOM AS REQUESTED. IT HAD NO LIVING AREA EITHER. I DID CONTACT YOU CONCERNING THE HOTEL'S FAILURE TO ACCOMMODATE CORRECTLY ON OUR BOOKING AND YOUR NOTES WILL SHOW A $50 VOUCHER APPLIED TOWARD A FUTURE BOOKING. THE BATHROOM WATER WAS ONLY WARM, NOT HOT FOR BATHING. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS VERY SATISFACTORY

The hotel was very grand and beautiful. The service from the moment you drive is was amazing the enitre stay. The skybar was also very upscale and amazing service. The room was clean and had great amenities. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and very nice but having to pay almost $50 to valet park, which was required is a rip off. Because it was so much, the guys that did the parking didn't get a tip. I hope they got some of the $50 dollars I had to pay.

It was a One night only for my GF birthday, and we enjoyed the luxury. Pleasant stay. The aroma of the Hotel smells so nice. I had to Google your Body Wash for purchase because the scent is Oh my God!!!!

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent. The valet parking attendants are respectful, kind and are timely in their service. The cost of parking is OUTRAGEOUS! As there is no parking around the hotel, and there is no self-parking on site: it is as if the hotel takes advantage of its guest. They hold their guest as captives, when it comes to parking.

Hotel was full as Texans game in town. Bar & restaurant closed at 10 p.m. Hotel missed a golden opportunity with so many hungry guests after a game. Shower water was luke warm at best. The best staff was the valet. Do not recommend.

Pros: Property was nice i give it that and Staff was even friendly. Cons: To the hubby and I the crowd was for much younger ppl it seemed to us. It was a bunch of teenagers the entire weekend making a bunch of noise. The carpet had holes in it along the wall by the bed. There is NO self parking, you have to valet 47.00+ taxes a night. This was a relaxation trip for us so we never left the hotel but had to pay for valet for a weekend stay-cation. The restaurants inside or slow with mediocre food. The AC didn't work properly in the room and we were burning up at night sweating in our sleep & to top it off its right by the medical center. So much traffic, No stores or restaurants close by so we just ordered uber eats to deliver to us over the entire weekend. Its not a place we would be coming back to.

Nice hotel but forced Valet for $47 in the middle of a concrete jungle in Houston is crazy. Plenty of space for parking, this wasn’t Manhattan. Beware of that scam..

This was a local "date night" choice (we weren't traveling). Primarily chose because the rate was reasonable and the property got good reviews. This property is adjacent to the huge Texas Medical Center. Views are less than inspiring. If you are looking for a good location in Houston, with nearby bars & restaurants, parks, or other fun venues, this is not the place, unless you are attending an NFL game. In our case we were only going to be there from 6pm to the next morning so location didn't matter. The hotel is only 3 years old. It is very clean. Our hallway smelled like weed. The rooftop pool & bar is utilitarian but a nice feature. The large room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Linens and towels were nice. If you're traveling to Houston for medical care, visiting a relative in the Med Center, or any event at NRG Park, it's a good choice. Valet Service is required, they were not on their game.

The room was nice and clean but the hotel missed the mark in a few ways. The parking was a ripoff - $57/night for valet with no option to self-park. I stay at hotels in this area frequently and this is not the norm. We ate in the restaurant for dinner. The food was good and the service was okay but they were blaring music into what sounded like busted speakers. We even moved tables, assuming it was just the one speaker but the other table had a rattling speaker above us as well. Considering the restaurant was mostly empty, the volume made no sense. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, which I was excited about, but no creamer pods or sugars. No mini bar, only a few snacks downstairs for purchase. Overall, the hotel did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

The Hotel was beautiful and prices reasonable. Front desk service poor. They do not answer their telephone from our room phone. Called from my iPhone took it downstairs from 11th floor stood in line at receptionist desk and when my turn held up the phone and asked why couldn’t they answer the phone. I got “ too busy to answer”. When checking out was told they emailed my invoice to me. I have not received it yet. Valet parking very slow always had to call twice. The guy at front desk tried to print out my receipt and the printer would not work. They gave no concept about people’s needs in a hotel. What if I needed help out of my room no one answering phones. Customer service is number one to me any where I go. I have never experienced such craziness.

Wonderful hotel. The shower is awesome. Staff at checkin not so much. They were too busy chatting to speak first. The staff at the rooftop bar were very welcoming and accommodating. One server went to the 1st floor bar to get mint for a drink! Food was okay - we shared the brownie dessert.

Nice facility. Clean. Convenient to the medical center. Phone didn’t work and no one came to check it. Don’t like that there was no mention of required valet parking at $50 until after reserving a room and too late to cancel.

We stayed here for 4 nights mid-week. Our room was clean and presented well upon arrival, however that was the last time we say a clean/tidy room. The first morning, the beds were "thrown" together, sheets not tucked in, towels not changed, glasses/cups not cleaned/replaced. Morning 2 we decided to sleep in a little therefore opted not to have the room serviced. On the third morning the room was not serviced at all, we called reception and advised them it was not service and that we would be going out for a while and would like it cleaned. Upon our return the room was still not serviced so we found housekeeping and politely asked them to service our room. We sent to the pool for a couple of hours and when we returned it was still not cleaned (4pm) so we changed and left to go out again. We informed reception that our room has still not been serviced to which the receptionist apologized for and advised that they would find someone to service it immediately, and I was handed a bag of fresh towels in the meantime. We asked for the sheets to be changed, and the room cleaned. When we returned from dinner around 8pm, the beds, once again had been "thrown" together and the bathroom was not cleaned, floors not vacuumed and the dirty glasses/cups still sitting there for 2 days prior. We did bit waste our time calling again as we were checking out the following morning. It is also worth mentioning that all the tea bags in the room were also 4 months out of date. I would NEVER again.

So impressed with this hotel! Clean, beautiful, staff was so very professional and kind. The food was very good! Room service was great. Loved the roof top restaurant/pool/bar. We got massages at the spa and they were phenomenal! Room & bathroom very spacious. Quiet. We really loved this hotel! Highly recommend. Probably one of my top 3 favorite hotels of all time !

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and there were plenty of amenities for a boutique style hotel. For those who have never stayed at the Blossom, be prepared to pay for valet as there were no nearby parking lots and I was told by the staff that you cannot self park.
