Overall a good hotel. It’s fairly new so everything is in good conditions. It’s conveniently located close to the medical Center. The only thing to note is that parking costs $35 per day ($45 if you do valet) and is not included in your room price. The self parking is on floor 5 and above, with floors 1-4 reserved for valet.

The bed sheets were stained yellow in a large area/spot. The front desk staff was friendly. The general hotel condition was nice. But again, the sheets had a large yellow stain.

The check in process was quick and easy. All staff we interacted with were polite, helpful and professional. Our room was clean and roomy enough for our brief stay in Houston after our cruise. We didn't explore the hotel since we spent our days out visiting family, but the lobby and our room were nicely decorated. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep well because the beds were very firm. The beds in the cruise had just got off were firm, so I was looking forward to sleeping in something more comfortable. To my disappointment, the hotel beds were even firmer. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying at Blossom hotel when visiting Houston in the future.

Nice hotel. I was a little confused at the price I paid to have powdered creamer in the room with Nespresso. That felt like a holiday Inn. It was very quiet and room

Pablo was amazing!!! Treated us like royalty. Valet was amazing too. Really the hotel is beautiful but the service was breathtaking!!!! Highly rec eating at the restaurant on the 13th floor.

Let me just start by say the hotel is AMAZING PABLO was EVEN MORE EXCEPTIONAL !!He Listen And He Concord do you hear me??? If you are celebrating a big event or even just a night out with your friends and family or whatever do it here!! They go above and beyond for all my concerns….💕 I love it here I hate to go!!

Stayed here once before and didn't have any problems. This time the room was not as clean as it should be. There was a dirty q-tip in the middle of the bathroom floor, sugar on the coffee counter and dried sticky soda on the desk. Tells me room had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Wonderful luxurious hotel! Very clean everywhere, tall ceilings, beautiful roof deck/pool, helpful and kind staff, and fast elevators! Everything about this hotel was perfect. Best hotel shower I've ever had. Rooms were soundproofed well too!

Blossom hotel exceeded my expectations . The rooms are spacious and luxurious. I love the gold accent details in the room. The food from room service was delicious. The only downside is the high valet fee.

It’s a beautiful hotel. We were there for an appointment at MD Anderson, it was very convenient. We ordered room service both nights and it was speedy and delicious.

Our stay was perfect from check-in to check out! My only complaint would be the bed was too firm. Just personal preference though. Our do Millie gave it 4 🐾 up!

Pedro at the front desk needs to be promoted because he’s the only one that knows what’s going on. I arrived at noon and was told I’d get a text when my room was ready (check in is at 3). At 5:30pm my room was STILL not ready only to find out the manager had given it to someone else who showed up 5 mins before my third check in. There is no communication amongst the staff, rooms still being cleaned at 6pm, the restaurant staff was great but it was never clean. So many issues here that are unfortunate. The mariachi band in the lobby was fun and having hotel umbrellas and a courtesy vehicle were pros but I would not stay here again.

Stay was not that bad. Front desk woman had a language barrier and was not friendly on our first day with checkin but service was better once we stopped dealing with her.

It was an amazing hotel beautiful, people were fabulous! Only 1 issue had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get servers for dinner! Tried room service but wouldn't pick up phone. Then went to restaurant and there’s wherr everything went bad. No one greater us! People came after us and got served first!

Beautiful hotel with big rooms and a very pretty lobby. I love the blackout curtains and the sink and shower are wonderful. Breakfast room is on the top floor so the view is fantastic

My reservation was cancelled. I've never had a hotel do that. I begged to have my room back, and had to pay more. Other than that the place was nice.

What a wonderful hotel. Everyone is sooo nice. Rooms are clean and modern. They have little espresso machines in your room. And real light switches instead of lamps. Showers ar beautiful huge walk ins and each room comes with all the little toiletries including toothbrush and paste.

The Staff is AMAZING! I come regularly for medical treatments at MD Anderson and feel safe and being taken care of my every needs at the Blossom Hotel - I wish I would have found it earlier! I cannot stop raving about it - the Staff, the food, the location All Plus Plus Plus.

We didnt have any Hot Water when we tried to shower both in the afternoon and the morning. Very dissapointed in our recent stay at the Blossom.

We were looking for our stay, however we’re pretty disappointed. Only one person working the front desk check-in with a line of eight (8) consistently. Shower ran only cold for almost 10 minutes. The worst part was the bed. OMG hard as a 2x4 and unbearable. Won’t he back.

Blossom Hotel is a very nice hotel located in the same vicinity of a major medical center in Houston. The rooms were nice and comfy. The staff was very nice as well. However, we had a couple of mishaps while staying there.
1. After day one, we came back to our room pretty late (11:30pm), went all they way to our room on the 13th floor and our keys were deactivated. It couldn't have been demagnitation (as the clerk tried to say) because we had 3 different people with keys, and everyone's' was deactivated.
2. We had to ask for towels everyday. They were not automatically restocked in our room. They took the dirty ones and didn't replaced them at all. That was odd.
3. On the 2nd night, I was awakened at 5am by a high pitched beeping sound in the hallway. I called and they stopped it, but it was another annoyance nonetheless.
4. Valet parking takes the first floors, so self parking starts on Floor 5. Lots of floors to go up when there was plenty of spaces available on the valet floors. I asked if we could park in any of the valet spaces, and they said no. Why?
Overall, I would book here again, but hopefully we have less annoyances next time.

This is a boutique hotel and the beds are hard and very uncomfortable. I was there for a trip to MD Anderson. I did not sleep well on that bed. I was not impressed with the Dyson hairdryer. It made my wavy hair of frizzy mess. The shower was cool With the rain showerhead. A maintenance came quickly when I complained about noise in the room that happened could be coming from the little refrigerator check out at noon as a nice feature. The ballet was $45 plus tip. A bit steep. No, I would not stay here on my next trip.
