There was no free breakfast offered as promised on the Expedia site due to renovation work going on at the property. Our room was fairly clean minus a string of dental floss on the bathroom floor. The carpet in our room was very old. I can see why they are renovating.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no box spring and the mattress was thin. It felt like we were sleeping on a board. It advertised a free continental breakfast and all there was was "old" coffee. I understand part of it was being remodeled, but the stay was unacceptable.

Can’t believe this property was listed; thought you had hotel standards. No working elevators, air did not work, show pictures of the disrepair. Should state accurate info.

Run down property with no working elevators, all amenities were closed. Dirty, musty smell throughout and bed bugs.

My daughter had to change her room twice because it was not clean, the balcony door did not lock and there was black mold visible.
Also it was being remodeled and the elevators were out of service. There was no mention of this remodel being in progress when I made our reservation.
We did not stay for the second night were told that we would have to get our refund from Expedia. Which we expect will happen.

I hate to give a bad review but if the shoe fits wear it. Upon check in I was greeted witg a very friendly young lady but I was not aware that expedia said my check out time was noon and I wasn't informed at check in that it was actually 11am. I had staff knocking on the door at 9am 10am prior to checking out. Felt we were being given the bums rush to get a call at 11:10 that we were over due for check out and we were rushed to get out. They took a $100.00 incidentals charge on my card and was told it would be credited next day upon checking out. Not the case. I was told 5 to 7 days. Avoid if possible.

I smelled smoke as soon as i walked into the room. Also I was hearing conversations in the hallway several times throughout the night. You would think if there were conversations, people would at least talk quietly. I did not get a good feeling.

Fire alarm went off at 430 am. I was standing outside in my nightgown by myself.
No fire engines no one coming around to say it was a false alarm. Tried calling the desk no answer. The outside door did not close properly. You had to pull it closed. The parking lot is terrible needs to be resurfaced.
The location of this hotel is perfect. I don’t understand why you don’t maintain it.

Hotel was in transition. We had stayed there several years ago and had a good stay. Expecting the same, we found it almost completely closed. This large conference center hotel was empty. We did not see anyone but the desk clerk. Most areas were dark. Our room was clean but the bed and bedding were poor.

Hotel stay for one night was too expensive. Air conditioner never gotten cool in room stayed 75 when thermostat was set on 68. No breakfast or coffee. Refreshments. Hotel needs upgrades.

The hotel is not good for handicap at all! It’s filthy and can’t believe I paid to sleep there! The beds are awful and poor 89 year father had to walk up stairs and through long hallways. I will no longer use hotels.com!!!

“Kerri” also mentioned the $25 incidental fee is hidden in the fine print and I would just have to get over it. I have business travelled the world for over 30 years, never has an incidental charge been applied to me without my informed consent.
Please note I will inform the organizers of this national professional organization that hosted the conference of the unprofessional behavior or this hotel in the Clarion brand.

That involved a lot of luggage toting as it is a large property built in a rectangle around a courtyard. Had to return to the lobby, which was exactly at the farthest point in the hotel from the bad room. Asked the next room to be nearer to the lobby but it was still a fair distance. The elevator was almost as far from the lobby so I hauled my luggage up and down stairs instead. (It is technically accessible, but I wouldn’t stay here if I needed an elevator.) The bed’s mattress was all springs and the linens were thin and spare. On a positive, the AC worked very well once I turned it on. Last, the hotel is still in full COVID mode, with limited cleaning frequency and grab-and-go breakfast bags, despite many others being closer to normal.

My boyfriend and I book this hotel for us and our kids. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The service was horrible. The front Dess attend it was very rude it had an attitude. Our door keys didn’t work and when we got a replacement door key those wouldn’t work either. We ended up just leaving and booking another hotel and we still haven’t received our refund.

The hotel is in need of remodeling. The carpet in our room had numerous stains and the TV was small compared to other hotels we stayed at in past week. The bathtub/shower was small but had two different areas with own sinks which was nice. The hallways had a very bad musty smell. The breakfast they advertised was a”bagged breakfast” with juice, orange, muffin, protein bar with coffee available. Had I known this I would not have chosen this hotel. They need to advertise correctly what their breakfast is. All the hotels I have stayed at lately had open breakfast bars with eggs, waffles etc. I do not recommend this hotel but the staff were nice.

The lobby is beautiful, lavishly decorated making one eager to open the door to their room in hopes of enjoying similar lavishness on a smaller scale only to be greeted by peeling wallpaper, a non functioning ac unit,a broken floor lamp, dated bedspreads, dated looking room and a big big feeling of regret having paid so ridiculously much for a room that is akin to a motel 6 at best!
