Parking directions to back of hotel should be prime otherwise sat nav brings you to the front door and it means a long way to return to a right turn into the car park. Left turn-in is not allowed so need to go round the roundabout and under the rail bridge again.

Great location. Parking is limited. Our lock did not engage so we had to pack up everything and move to another room on the second night. It was inconvenient.

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. We arrived just after 10PM to be greeted by a computer kiosk and a reservation number that didn't work. There was no way to talk to a human until the morning. We had no way to get to our room. Hotels.com tried contacting the company without success, same as me. After 4 AM the next morning I received an email from BnB with the booking number I needed to check in. The next email I received from them was an email that I did not contact them before 10 PM, so I would not receive a refund. This information was not the same as the website or check-in information. Nightmare and a complete scam. Beware.

The property is very nice, however the first issue was getting inside the building and my door key didn’t work twice. Another issue was staff were sometimes unavailable. Other than that, really nice town and area. Though it was a little bit bumpy, overall great stay. Comfy and quiet.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Conveniently situated where public transportation (bus and rail) is available. A short walk to the the downtown. Parking is available on a first-come basis. Breakfast (not included) looks to be very appetizing and fresh. We would definitely stay here again and again.

It’s like flying RyanAir - you get where you’re going, but it’s not very pleasant. With B and B, you get a bed for the night with a shower, but it’s not very pleasant. My bed was awful!

The rooms were cleanse, style was modern, and the bed was comfortable. Overall everything was good. My only complaints would be that the breakfast was a bit meager, the room was bit small, and the parking area is completely inadequate to the number of rooms available. Otherwise, I was happy.

I am no stranger to B&B hotels and have stayed over 5 or more nights. By far this was the WORST stay. Parking had less than 20 spaces. I arrived late around 11am and NO space at all. I squeezed on a no parking space and think because it was Friday night no tickets. The A/C only blew HOT air and to open the window you would hear the train all night. I also believe this hotel was constructed different from others I stayed at.. I could hear people all night. This B&B I do not recommend nor would I go back unless I came by train and was told before hand A/C in room works 100%

This is a very convenient hotel to the Hauptbahnhof. Good dining options are nearby. It does not have a lot of Services, but it is a clean budget hotel. The manager was able to help me by printing a couple of documents, so it had all the service I needed. I cannot rate this hotel's "eco friendliness, but it was not belching out burning coal fumes, so I guess it was alright. I will stay there again.

The building was nice and well located for our activities. Housekeeping was very very inconsistent. Maybe you get toilet paper, maybe you don’t. Maybe you get a towel for each person, maybe you don’t. Bring your own soap as it takes days to get more if you run out. Probably great for one or two nights, but would not recommend for longer stays. Breakfast was nice,

Parking lot very small. Drove around 20mins to find parking on the street. I had a lady at the front desk argue with me over having juice in the morning (wasn’t told breakfast wasn’t free) although I don’t eat and had only juice I still paid €8.50. Yet she still would not let the situation go saying “next time you know not to touch things without permission” as if I was a child. Same lady called me a liar after I told her I met a woman in the elevator and walked her out to the parking lot. She told me “I’m not allowed visitors” after I explained she was not my visitor and I didn’t know the woman. The staff there must have the last word. Rooms were clean, free WiFi and great pricing. The staff was the worst part of the stay there.

Our room was smaller than expected for a family of four. But it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke both German and English. Parking was a bit of a frustration because there were not many spots which resulted in having to park across the street and by the train depot. It was free at night but was an inconvenience. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would stay there again. Free WiFi was also a bonus.

It was nice. When we got our first room it was only half cleaned so we requested a new one. Reception was kind but parking wasn’t all great.
