Always a wonderful stay when in town, they never disappoint. Great staff, service and clean accommodations. Also, it's perfect walking distance from everything you want to do downtown.

Room was clean. Check in was easy even though it was late. The garbage truck at two in the morning emptying the dumpster was very disruptive, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. Overall, a basic clean room at a good price

Basic hotel outside central Gatlinburg. Quiet. Bed comfortable. Fridge with freezer; microwave. Could do with a good clean & minor repairs (toilet roll holder) Good value for money but not fancy.

Room smelled horrible. Bathtub was nasty. Sheets on one of the beds had a fresh stain of blood or pizza sauce. Didn’t get close enough to tell but they had not been washed!

We had many issues, first of all the smell of the room was really annoying, It was a very strong cleaning/freshener smell that didn't go away. The room didn't have sufficient lighting. The light behind the headboards didn't work properly. The bathtub looked terrible. No coffee maker in the room.

Perfect little motel that's walking distance to downtown. Pizza place right across the street in case you get hungry. Basic motel that was clean and comfortable. No irons in the rooms though, so plan accordingly.

I liked that I was able to walk to the madness of all the eating/shopping strip without having to pay $20 for convenient park (it’s a little under half a mile away) there are trolleys but we didn’t want to wait or deal with bus schedule. It was also super close to a breakfast on the opposite side (again walking distance and much closer) I also liked that while it was close it was also far enough from the traffic/noise too. The couple that run the place are super friendly and when we had some Tv issues he fixed it rather quickly. Not fancy but cute location. Wish they had a coffee maker inside each room rather than having to go to front desk for hot water that’s only like 6oz (I’m a big tea person nightly)

The staff was so friendly and honestly the best part about the stay. The hotel was rated 9/10 by reviews and said it was a 4 star hotel. Honestly the room smelled very clean but it needed updated badly. The sheets had holes, the tub was peeling, overall just very dated and needed paint and fixing up. However, if youre looking for a cheap stay close to gatlinburg this would be ok just to sleep in. Bring your own towels!

The building was a little dated as others have mentioned. A bit humid feeling but for the price it was great. Super convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Staff was friendly. The price was great for what we needed. Would definitely return.

The room was extremely clean, very well lit, and comfortable. Location was great for what we needed for a quick trip into downtown Gatlinburg. The gentleman at check in was very courteous and gave very good suggestions for dinner, activities, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi did not connect in the room, but we did not really need it during our one night stay. Will stay at this hotel again on our next trip in the area.

It was a nice cozy place! The workers even knocked on our door to let us see a bear that was walking nearby because we had mentioned wanting to see one. Very clean and perfect for our little weekend trip. My only complaint is that there is only one mirror (at the sink) which made getting ready a little crowded.

Recently had three day stay , staff was very friendly and helpful with any question you have about attractions and places to eat in area. Rooms clean, Only complaint I have is they did not have a chair to sit on in room and beds are not all that comfortable unless you like a extremely firm bed. All in all a good place to stay for the money

This was a cute cozy spot walking distance from all of Gatlinburgs tourist attractions. The receptionist was very nice. We saw bears as soon as we checked in and parked. The receptionist made sure people saw the bears by knocking on doors and letting people know they were outside. Would definitely stay here again!
