Very nice hotel, great location, on the other side of the road to Coors field and walking distance to Empower field and Ball Arena, the homes of Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets (if you are not an American 😉) Service was very good, nice and polite staff. Nice rooftop pool and an impressive gym. Best hotel out of five on my US trip (but also the most expensive) Will definitely stay there again

The Rally Hotel was in an amazing location! Near restaurants and bars and only a five-minute walk to Union Station. We also loved the amenities like a complimentary drink at check-in, car service, and perks at adjacent restaurants. If I find myself in downtown Denver again, this will be my preferred hotel.

We got a free upgrade to one of the penthouse suites and it was amazing! Location was perfect. Everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Denver.

Our stay was wonderful! Our room was beautiful and spacious. Staff was really friendly. Area around the hotel was awesome for our family. It was noisy at night, but we slept through it.

Arrival was a bit of a bummer because we arrived quite early and was hoping to get an early check-in and even though we were told it was possible it never happened. Also, the cabinet in our room had a piece of wood that was flopping off of it. Otherwise, our stay was nice. The beds were comfortable. Water stations easily accessible. Elevators are great for photos. Rooftop pool was still open which was nice but we weren't aware to bring out suits.

Great location for Coors Field. Penthouse suites next to the pool. Loud, well traveled hallway. Treated like a criminal at check in with threats of fines, though apparently only if you are staying in a penthouse suite. For me they didn’t deliver.

The Rally was an excellent hotel from the moment we arrived! The staff (Marina at check in and throughout) were excellent. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, professional. The room was clean, had a great atmosphere and the room amenities we great. Complimentary beer/wine (we asked for sodas instead and were accommodated) , robes, ice cream sundaes, a free bottle of wine in the room added to the experience. It is literally a stones throw away from Coors Field!

Our bathroom had a leak and they sent up an engineer to address the leak. The leak was not fixed and anytime we took a shower the floor was soaked. Cool part of town, but will not stay there again.

Great stay! Great hotel, we really liked our room. The location is perfect! The service was exceptional, especially the guys at the valet, they went above and beyond to help us! The only issue was Sunday afternoon at the pool, the bar was closed so we could not get drinks or food at the pool. We had to go to the courtyard and bring outside food and drinks to the pool.

I called the front desk on Thursday at 1 PM PDT to make a simple adjustment to my reservation and spoke with a staff member named Colton, who was shockingly rude right from the start. I mentioned that I had a reservation for two rooms, and instead of helping me, Colton acted like I was an inconvenience. His tone was dismissive, and he had absolutely no interest in providing any form of customer service. When I asked to add a guest’s name to one of the reservations, he flat-out refused to help, saying, “we don’t have that, someone needs to call.” Why do you think I’m on the phone calling? His attitude was so bad that it was hard to believe he was even trained in customer service. He then put me on hold without any explanation, and when he finally did what I asked, he didn’t bother to say thank you or even acknowledge the request properly. It was as if he was doing me a favor. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any service industry, let alone in a hotel where guests expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. Colton’s rudeness and lack of manners made what should have been a simple call one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. If this is the kind of treatment guests can expect at The Rally Hotel, I strongly recommend staying far away. There are plenty of other hotels where the staff actually know how to treat their guests with respect.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Welcome beer or wine upon check in was a great way to start the weekend. We were able to walk to the baseball game, grabbed a shuttle close by for a Red Rocks concert. We dined at two of their restaurants, both served great food. Will stay there again and highly recommend.

Obviously a great location in Lodo next to Coors Field and a short walk from Union Station. The room was nice, but found the storage for clothing to be challenging for more than one person - not in love with the furniture. The shower was not well thought out, wedged in against the sink, and the shelf in the shower in a really annoying spot for actually showering. Beautiful overall facility though. Loved the baseball theme in the lobby.

First off, the hotel is really really cool. The Rally Store has some awesome baseball stuff and the decor is Rockies themed which is awesome. The pool is great — pretty small but that's not a bad thing with a 5 year old to keep track of. There was an elevator out, and the other 2 elevators seemed to take a pretty long time to get to us when we called it. Unfortunately, the room service was the worst part of our stay. The general customer service was great, but we asked for room service while we were at the game and they didn't refresh the glasses nor the coffee mugs which was really weird and unexpected. They also didn't refresh the robes or extra blanket, and worst of all, they took 2 of our blankets with them and we haven't got them back yet. They were 2 baby blankets that we've had since our son was born and we cherished those blankets, but the housekeeper took them when they attempted to make up the room... We called downstairs after looking all over the room and Kat said she would look for them and mail them to us if they found them. We sent reference photos but the people at the desk this morning didn't even know about the situation... They aren't blankets you would offer in the hotel so I really have no idea why they would have been taken, but **we desperately want them returned to us.** For this reason (and the lack of refreshing the glasses and mugs) I can't really recommend staying here. I'll update my review they actually send our blankets back.
