Over all it was nice and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi temperature was not warm enough for my taste and the jets were not very strong.

Good option if you intend to visit PVR and work remotely. Well located in the Romantic zone, which is very popular and sought after. That said, there's a few things to consider. The room can either be very hot or very cold. Like many hotels, they have moved towards room cleaning every 3 days, with the option of tidying daily on request. Bring you're own soap bar as a backup. The king bed, although a luxury, was extremely hard and may be uncomfortable for most people. The washroom is on the very small side, even for 1 person.

The suites are fantastic—spacious and fully equipped with everything you need, including free laundry machines. The location is perfect: centrally located near everything but tucked along the river, offering a peaceful retreat without being immersed in the hustle and bustle. It’s also reasonably priced. I’ll definitely stay again. My friends were envious of my accommodation, especially since theirs was more expensive and less equipped. The gym was convenient and had enough equipment for a decent pump. I’ll definitely stay again.

I love this hotel, centrally located, clean & safe. Good value for the money, and the staff is very helpful and kind. Cafe on site and co-work WiFi in a beautiful atrium with cafe on 2nd floor. Good for digital work travelers.

Super nice staff, very pretty renovated modern rooms and really clean. Great location to get around Zona Romántica. Rooms tend to be a bit noisy, due to the hallway.

The staff was just wonderful. The rooms are so tiny but extremely clean. You have what's needed to spend the night. Room 9 has rio Cuale wondering view. Just wonderful! Thank you sooo very much.

It doesn't get any better than this for location in central PV! Positioned alongside the Rio Cuale and adjacent to the year round river island market, The Joint Boutique Hotel & CoWork literally straddles all the beach, dining and nightlife action of Zona Romantica to the south and the gorgeous historical architecture of Gringo Gulch, the galleries and fine dining venues of the Art District and of course the famous cathedral and town square immediately to the north. Other pluses: clean, simple rooms with comfortable beds, super fast internet, a lovely lobby lounge with balcony over the river and last but not least super friendly and helpful staff! Love it. Have stayed twice now.

The room didn’t have a full length mirror only a little one in the bathroom, and it was tiny and too high that I have to shave on my tippy toes and am 5’3, no night stand, there is a market across the street and it noise lata at night! The staff can’t even get you a taxi and the rooms where always sandy after room cleaning. But in the other hand the price was low, so you get pay for ! The big rooms where nicer

This hotel is really a gem in the center of PV. A modern, stylish, clean well equipped hotel. Great security and helpful staff. Modern design elements, and functional. Nice on site café. There co-working facilities, but the hotel is great without those features. Will definitely stay here again.

Great little local hotel, smaller room but great view overlooking the river and room had basic needs and great for the price !! Enjoyed my two day stay and was perfect and worked out fantasticly for our needs!!

For a place that calls itself a Co-Work center, I was surprised they did not have an encrypted wifi. They handed me a long code to enter into the wifi but neither my phone nor laptop could get the code accepted. It kept defaulting to totally 'Open.' We just ran our laptops hotspotted off our phones. But then we could do that anywhere. Plus the front desk staff was bewildered by the problem and had no new code to offer. The room itself had two temperatures: fridge and desert. The typical Mexican fan, ceiling AC run by remote is always tricky but I have usually been able to sort it out. Not this time. The cafe advertised was closed. The shower was filthy and backed up, slow draining, so the two showers we took overran the lip on the floor and flooded the bathroom floor, so use flip flops. The staff didnt care about this either. The upside? Only had to be here one night and the location is pretty central. But avoid if you can.

This was a great stay and I love that this hotel is part of a co-work space. It provided the perfect mix of work and fun. Close to several interesting neighborhoods, very walkable and easily accessible. I’d love to spend a week here every 4 months!

Everything was great, the only downside was you could hear doors opening and closing at night because the walls were thin. Also, there was no window in the non river view room, but it didn't bother us.

Brand new, very clean and modern hotel.. However, the rooms were very very small.. not even room for a chair, so be prepared for that! only two very small drawers for clothes.. I paid for a room with a double bed, but had a room with a small bed, I was told at the front desk that there’s a discrepancy between English and Spanish in the use of descriptions of beds, which I thought was kind of weird since I paid for a double bed room. Having said that the room was quiet with a nice ceiling, fan and good air conditioning, and the Riverview was awesome with the door that opened to hear the birds and get some fresh air.. coffee was made in the morning, and there was also a microwave, which unfortunately was broken. Bathroom was nice with lots of hot water in the shower !! You need to request to have your room clean, which is not a problem but the maids did not leave toilet paper or soap, or an extra towel. I had to go to the front desk to ask for that ..All in all this was a good hotel, but I felt very claustrophobic in such a tiny room and I travel for work so I know what a small hotel room is. Lol
