An excellent choice for access to the centre of Palma. Lovely facilities, great design.

the bed is not really king-size. it's a bit dirty. really small rooms.

Hotel location was excellent. Staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The pool deck was wonderful and the restaurant breakfast very nice. The only complaint I had was the room. It was generally small with no storage for clothes except for a small closet with 3 hangers. No drawers, no storage shelves and nowhere to leave your luggage. With nowhere to keep even the most basic essentials we were forced to keep everything in our luggage and the luggage was constantly in the way.

Great location and beautiful hotel

Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. It's also in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all the sites. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will be looking to stay again in the near future.

A beautiful property with lovely staff. Great location on a quiet side street for walking everywhere. In house bar and restaurant were lovely. However Tue menu only changes weekly so could be restricted if you stay for long. That said all of Palma many, many restaurants are in walking distance. From the Catalina district to the old town no where isore than 15 mins walk. The rooms are very clean,work beautifully. A little compact but you won't spend much time in here. The staff were all so friendly and a delight. The whole property has been renovated with a great deal of style and class.

Came here with my wife for our honeymoon. Fantastic hotel, perfect location for bars/restaurants, friendly staff and great poor/terrace area. We will definitely return.

A fantastic, modern hotel in the heart of the old town.

Nice location, bedroom quite small and noisy. Could also do with Blackout binds. Not enough sun loungers round the pool (4 i believe). We thought it was a nice gesture for the hotel to leave a small tube of aftersun on the room. We has assumed it was complimentary, sadly this was not the case and were charged 13euros ! Great staff. Unlikely we would stay here again, so many cool hotels in Palma to choose from.

Beautiful hotel, boutique style with lovely features and styling. Staff were brilliant, really attentive and helpful. Superb breakfast with excellent choice with cooked options available if required. Lovely bar and restaurant, cocktail barman new his stuff and made best rum and gin cocktails. Whilst our room was relatively small (we were in attic room) this did not spoil our stay and without doubt would recommend this to everyone and we would stay here again. thank you to all the staff, loved our stay.

This is my second time staying at the hotel in the past 6 months and had another incredible experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Palma. The staff, location, building, and food are all top notch! I look forward to my next stay!

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, a choice of self serve items and hot items chosen by menu. Can’t say more positive things about this outstanding hotel. The restaurant is Michelin star quality we could have eaten here every night. 10/10 would highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Next level service, ideal location, incredible staff

I really like the hotel, all staff was so kind and recognise me, because I also stay at the hotel in the beginning of June, this year, 8weeks ago... I love staying there, but this time a family with 5 kids also stay at the hotel. By the pool area they took all sun beds, and 3 of 5 kids were about 4-6 years old. They also make a lot of noise, and I don't thins this hotel is a hotel designed for kids.... But - staf (reception, pool guy, the guys in the restaurant), food and service was perfect.... I will come back again - hopefully a week without small kids in pool.....

Gorgeous boutique hotel for R R - single female American traveler. Very clean and luxurious, BYREDO toiletries, Juliette balcony on 3rd floor room, full length mirror, large walk in shower, lots of counter space, dreamy pool area. All staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again if I return to Palma. Highly recommend.

This could be a long story, but will try to make it short. Hotel is stunning, and the location is great! The servicelevel is not as I expected from a high-end hotel in Palma, there was no flexibility and the management seems off, where the staff dont know exactly how to solve issues and to be friendly to the clients. I actually feel the staff was very sweet, but the management was off in some way, i also had the manager yelling from his office to the frontdesk reception with a questions I had, i might have went to the guest and told that it was not possible to eat at the pool before 9:00 in the evening, than sitting and yelling the answer, but that might just be me. The feeling is that they dont wish to make customer service and helping out the guests to make a great memorable stay, only if you are a young people who make great instagram pictures. Then yo get the big tour of the hotel, but travelling with kids, the flexibilty is very very low. I most though say we had issues with smell from kitchen in our room the last night also, and the very very sweet receptionist gave us a new room right away. She is the reason why we acutally ended up having a okay stay, she was so sweet and understood the issues. I sadly did not get her name, but she was amazing, and the hotel can be proud of her! The hotel has so much potential, and I think most guests had an amazing stay, maybe we were just unlucky....
