Breakfast was good. It was clean but we needed more pillows and staff said they had none. We had 6 guest and not enough pillows. The front desk gave us extra comforter to help support. So i guess if ya stay here bring your own pillows.

No water fountain for gussts to fill their water bottles. Asked the lady at the front desk for water and she mentioned everyone brings their water or buys water bottles from the small market in the lobby. Also, iron stand was broken in our room and when asked the lady at the front desk, she took her sweat time in sending us the iron stand.

This hotel is very dated. For the amount I paid for the suite I should have been blown away. The walls had stains on them as well as the sheets. Everything looks so dirty in this room. Never coming here again.

When we walked in the smell was very strong. I was very worried because it did not smell good at all. The 2nd floor hall was better, but the room was perfect! No bad smell at all. That was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, in a hotel. Love the shower instead of the tub! The staff was super friendly! I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my family and friends! Oh and the price was perfect too!! I also need to mention the bright lights outside! I certainly felt my car was safe!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The smell of gas reeks throughout the entire facility, it was so strong in the lobby that we were lightheaded walking in, but thought maybe the room would be better, we had no other choices to stay!!! All hiltons and Marriott’s were sold out of we would have. Steve refuses to give refund this morning, after I woke up at least 10x in the night due to fumes. HEALTH ⚠️ HAZARD for anyone with asthma or breathing issues/lung disease, you are better sleeping in your car.

Entire hotel smelled of gas like smell. Under the bathroom vanity hadn't been swept or cleaned - dirt and debris. The first night's clerk was unhelpful and just a body - with zero customer service skills.

Went for an overnight staycay with the hubs and it was perfect. Everything was clean, the bed was so comfortable. Good water pressure, spacious rooms. The receptionist that checked us in was super sweet even though it was late. And the one who checked us out was awesome too even though it was early in the morning. Every bit worth the price paid.

We were in the area for a volleyball tournament in Ruston, stayed two nights. The staff was friendly enough for the most part. Hotel seemed new and clean enough on the surface but we found dirty sheets folded up in the sofa bed, hair and sticky stuff all over the bathroom floor and walls, about a dollar in loose change throughout the room, and several small random things in the closet and floors. Breakfast was typical with pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, and potatoes but the biscuits, danishes, and muffins were never restocked either morning, as far as we could tell. Apple juice and milk were also empty both mornings before 8:30. We booked specifically for the indoor pool but they had the windows open(it was in the mid 40’s) and the pool and pool room were neither heated. It was like ice water. We also couldn’t get the lights or music to come on in the room. When we asked the front desk if the lights worked in the pool area, she said yes and acted like she couldn’t be bothered to explain any further. Also, the entire hotel smelled funny. We couldn’t put our finger on what it was but it was a dirty/unpleasant smell. All of that being said, for almost $400, I think we’ll stay elsewhere next time. I am usually not too picky about hotels as long as they’re clean and comfortable but this one was just a little lacking in both of those areas.

The accommodations was good for overnight stay. Nice to not have carpet because my son has allergy problems. There was hair left in sink and shower and a few hairs on towels and bed linings but we dealt with issue for overnight stay.

They only clean the rooms if you ask. I stayed 4 nights and the bed was only made once and towels were only given when asked. Room was never freshened or swept in 5 days. I was bitten by what we think was a spider and now I’m taking 10 days of antibiotics.

Hotel was nice...but the breakfast needs help..biscuits looked horrible...powder eggs...no bacon...sausages wasnt good either...they need up they breakfast choices...both nights on floor above me half the night it was very very loud!! Seem like kida running jumping banging half the night..even my own kids complained of the noise...i dont see how front desk disnt hear it...

The front desk lady that was there at checkin and check out was very nice and polite! We didn’t ever see the breakfast staff and there were things we were looking for and could’ve used some assistance. There was very little silverware out and no knives. The pancake machine was working either. We did like the little muffins and that they were wrapped so our kiddos could grab one for the long car ride.
