The property looked brand new although it has been open over two years. The staff was amazing. It is a no-frills hotel that was just what we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay, came to Fayetteville for my daughters oral surgery. The lady that checked us in was so nice and the room was clean and comfy. My daughter was super happy they had dove products in the bathroom, lol.

Staff is very welcoming. Shower pressure was lacking and water didn’t get very warm but everything else was great. Would stay here again.

Have stayed at this property a few times before - always a great experience. This time, several things were not working including the mini-fridge, which was needed to keep meds cold. I was able to use ice from the machine at first, but when I needed to replenish it, there was no ice. I ended up taking meds to my grand daughter’s apartment when she got off work and kept them there the rest of my stay. Also issues with plumbing and supplies, etc. I was surprised and disappointed. Previously, this has been a great place to stay. Quiet, clean,convenient, etc. I’ll book this place again next time because of the great track record. I’m hoping this was just a one time glitch and that it would be a mistake to give up because of one less than happy experience.

First off, the property is clean and modern. I’m a good area and the breakfast had good choices. However, the people above let their kids run and jump off the bed for HOURS. At one point it sounded like they were gonna crash through the ceiling. It was so loud it literally shook my bed at one point. So thanks to that had a pounding headache. I called the front desk who said she’d call & it subsided a little. They carried on though, in the middle of the night slamming things on the floor. And then letting their kids resume whatever they wanted it the morning. So as a result had an awful experience and almost no sleep.

Staff was very friendly and gave good service. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. My wife found random hairs everywhere in the bed and on top of the comforters. Also in the bathroom. They were obviously there before, wrong color. Didnt mind as much on outside of comforter but if inside and under pillows on sheets kinda an issue. Dont go expecting too much from breakfast. Very limited somewhat poor offerings for grab and go. It is on the cheaper end of pricing, so you get what you pay for. I would rate it overall a 6.5-7 out of 10.

Great hotel for the price. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was decent with good coffee.

The room was extremely small. Breakfast was all prepackaged.

I arrived and no one was at the front desk. Waited 5 minutes, went to the restroom came back and no one was there. Waited a few minutes and called the hotel and finally someone came. She griped about the phone ringing and being busy. She gave me my room and said there were a bunch of kids staying and they were loud but that I was away from them. Went to my room and the bed was unmade. She gave me another room next door and walked me in to check it and it was unmade too. She gave me another room on a different floor but unfortunately it was on the loud floor. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, the walls are very thin!

This place was excellent for a solo stay. Clean and cozy. The blackout blinds made it dark as night in the room even though it was bright and sunny outside which I loved. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here. My only complaint is that I couldn’t cast anything to the tv despite following the directions. That was a bummer because I stayed so I could get out of my house and relax but I couldn’t watch what I wanted to which was frustrating. But all in all I was very impressed with this hotel! I will be staying again in the future.

A new motel, but already showing wear, and stairwells were messy. Breakfast was packaged products, and were being put away even 20 minutes prior to end-time. The AVID in Madison, Wisconsin, was great in every way—better breakfast too-which convinced me to book this one.

The property looks brand new and was very clean. It sits in a strange location but the area felt safe.

Clean room, comfy beds, breakfast met our needs...egg, sausage, cheese Jimmy Dean sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, yogurt selections with toppings, cereals, bagels and cc, fruit, juices, bread options for toast. Fresh ground coffee machine and Harney tea 24/7.

I would highly recommend staying here. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

The facility was clean and just as advertised. My only issue was the clerk incorrectly coded my room and charged my card an extra room charge. Management attempted to solve the problem upon checkout.
